30+ minutes without an getting an order in a restaurant without a functioning central AC? I’m ready to leave but the wife won’t let me. The lady behind the counter is a hateful person who clearly despises her job. So much for me trying McDonald’s for the first time in over a decade.
Edit: we left and will just dispute the charge with Chase at a later date.

This is the closest McDonalds that you can walk to from the Amtrak station if you have a layover.

So I can only speak from the time frame of 2am - 5am, which is the time that I order due to work. I have no idea what's been going on these past couple of weeks but everytime I've gone to this place it's been bad. As I'm typing this I just received a Big Mac with no sauce and no pickles and a McDouble with no pickles. Everything about this order was wrong because it was the total opposite of everything I wanted on top of cold fries when I was the very last order at the window. I understand that food service work is hard but come on man, the entire order is wrong, not one sandwich but both in 3 different ways 🤦🏿♂️.

Went during lunch, used the app. There must have been 50 school age kids inside, not ordering. The manager was polite, yet firm to the kids to get them to leave. As I was stuck in the back and couldn't make it to the pick up window, she noticed my struggle and asked my number, which she personally brought to me. Great customer service in frantic lunch hour setting! Thank you!
