One of the staff at this location was extremely rude. I selected table service on the app. We waited for about 15 minutes thinking perhaps it's busy so the food was taking a while. When I went to the counter to ask about it, I showed the staff my phone with my order details and asked about it.She mumbled something, asked me what my order number was (the app doesn't give you one), ignored me when I said I don't have one, and moved back into the kitchen to get more orders.I went to an older lady by the cashier to ask for help and she kindly told me that I needed to talk to the young lady I talked to earlier.When I went up to the counter, I noticed my order sitting on the shelf. I asked if I can get my order and ask why it wasn't delivered to my table. the staff said they don't do table service at this. The young lady said "I called out the order" and went back to the kitchen to grab some more food. This is when the older worker went back and seemed to usher her away because she was not doing her job well.I shocked they didn't just give me the food. It took me three asks before I could get my food. By this time, it was around 5:52 pm.As I was walking back to my table, another customer said out loud, "Man she rude as fxxx."I don't expect excellent service at McDonald's however this experience feel far below my expectations. Our food was cold and there were no apologies.

My goodness the bald blonde woman that's supposed to be a manager, terrible service. She ignores my GrubHub orders for pick up then she always has something unprofessional to say to me!!!! Gross. You work for a company woman it's not yours be wise who you address as well. Terrible energy

I’ve ordered from here multiple times. I’m pregnant and caring for our one year old while my husband is traveling. All I wanted was a filet of fish. I paid the up charge for extra sauce and all the ridiculous Uber eats charges.My food arrives cold, whatever, but my filet-o-fish comes with no cheese and what looks like a finger smear of sauce. On top of that the chicken nuggets I ordered .. just not in the bag.I get it - jobs at minimum wage or a low rate in a non appreciative industry suck. But also people who work really hard for their money, have a limited budget, and plan to indulge once in a blue moon getting absolute terrible service and items sucks too.Pay the extra delivery fee to order from a further away store rather than deal with the apathy this store is comfortable doling out.

It was pretty crowded and my mobile order took a while but overall not bad but the sweet tea I ordered almost killed me. It tasted like straight syrup it was disgusting ? ? I poured it all out and added nothing but water to the cup and could still taste the sweetness. I think someone needs the training for preparing tea again.

This is in an easily accessible location for those leaving the metro station (loop).Fun fact: at the table next to me, the selection of a new collaborator was taking place. I found it interesting that it wasn't done in a private location. I almost asked what salary was being offered lol

How incompetent do you have to be to stick a tag that says only pickle on a burger box, then proceeds to put a burger with everything on it in the box. Y’all really need to do better playing with people food like this! I am allergic to tomatoes and yet here we are!
Both times they were great but I can't say enough about the young man who was at the pickup area, he is the epitome of fantastic, so personable, fast, and friendly.
