Rude service, which in turn creates a bad atmosphere. Food was good, but would not have ordered from here if I had other options.

Worst employees ever. I don't expect high quality customer service in a McDonalds but this was really bad. I tried to scan my app for points, then was yelled at from behind the counter that this did not work, instead of coming to tell me this calmly. The whole airport heard it. Then I had to wait super long for my food and 3 people went before me who ordered after me (no I did not have a large order). I saw the employees just calmly chatting and laughing and my order did not come. After I showed slight signs of anger and asked how it was, I was answered that they don't work in order here and choose who goes first. Suddenly my order was there and I was told "you're welcome sir, see you again" in a very rude way. I am normally never one to write reviews but I really couldn't resist this one. Absolutely avoidable place. A zero star would be the best option.

The fries were cold and the crispy chicken sandwich was terrible. Buns were burnt and barely any condiments on it. Quality of McDonald's has really gone down hill despite the hike in prices. Maybe, this is an airport terminal location where quality is not a priority since there is always going to be enough traffic.

This Mendez family McDonald's is trash. The employees are garbage and dysfunctional. The act like they really don't want to work there. Please pay your employees more money so they are happy to be at work or just get happier employees. I didn't even bother ordering food. If you like observing a circus and are in the Chicago O'Hara airport. Come down to Mendez Family McDonald's. I promise you won't be disappointed

Food was okay. Priced higher than normal but it's inside an airport so 🤷♀️
The lady who wanted to clarify something about my order talked over me when I was trying to answer. When I asked how big a shot of caramel flavoring was (they're measured in pumps where I'm from) I was told by two workers that they "didn't know" how much it would be. I asked if they had a way to measure it out and didn't get a clear answer.
The iced coffee was old and watery (and also a medium instead of a large) so I asked for a refund. One of the workers threw my drink into the garbage before she gave me it. Props to the guy who apologized for the two others when he didn't have to.
Anyways... not the best experience. Yikes 🥲
Rating the staff not the food (we all know what McDonald’s taste like.
Lovely staff - manager Jessica greeted every single customer ahead of me with a friendly good morning! Was very kind, patient and understanding when my card declined and I had to pay with a large bill. Her team (working the 6am shift on 7th of July) was efficient but it never felt rushed or hectic despite the morning crowd.

McDonald's next to gate C10. Wished, I could give no stars. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. How do you only help employees and not help out customers at the register. The lines weren't even long to begin with. Talk smack like I'm not right there looking at you female employee working at night on Sunday August 4, 2024. Hope your happy with your life.

There is no way that ordering through a kiosk is efficient. Staff here were kind and polite but moved at a snails pace.

The staff are lazy, and they never want to take people at the register. They always say they have to use the kiosk this is NOT true they just don't want to work! And it's the same ladies, because i have been there on other days and also on the same day at a later time with different crew and low and behold the registers work.

This is the the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. The staff was rude and skipped my order. When I politely asked if they could check, the woman behind the counter snapped at me to wait before claiming I missed my number being called. Half an hour of standing patiently, and that's the treatment I got. I had to rush to my gate for my flight only to find that both my burger and fries were a smaller portion than I ordered. Avoid this establishment and head to the B concourse McDonald's if you have the time!
