Man whoever owns this McDonalds they should have their franchise revoked. Literally this owner is a trash business owner. He hires people who closes the restaurant far before closing time, they put sauce in nugget boxes. Literally this guy doesn’t deserve to own a business. The city should revoke his license and close the restaurant permanently.It’s really sad that I have to go to the OTHER side of Vincennes to THAT McDonald’s to an owner that actually knows how to run a business.

I believe it's time for this specific McDonald's location to be shut down or replaced with another franchise or maybe even a change in management . The windows are shot out and boarded up and there's always a customer fighting with employees about service . It's clear that this specific McDonald's location has took a turn for the worse in this specific area .Not to mention the damaged McDonald's sign that hangs over the city expressway is a terrible eyesore . Hopefully, we can get like another restaurant here in this spot within the upcoming years . I DO love McDonald's..Best Regards,

I've visited this location multiple times and been disappointed tried to give chance after chance. But this morning is my last. 1st waited in drive thur about 15-20min for hotcakes (always slow or closed) I get hotcakes and they are hard and sausage burnt. Come on now...would you eat this? Unacceptable!!!

They gave me some old food and I’m pregnant. I’m ready to sue and call corporate on them. Then I call the lady picks up and it hangs the phone up on me. I didn’t notice my food was old until I drove two or 3 miles away. I started to eat my food on my way to another mission.
