I ordered the big breakfast with steak and hotcakes and for the second time at this location they gave me sausage instead of steak and no one answers the phone when I called to complain
Got breakfast special
Very disappointing experience. My order seemed rushed and poorly put together. The McChicken was overcooked, my caramel sundae and apple slices were completely missing, and my Big Mac was missing lettuce. I ordered a Dr Pepper but received a Sprite instead. I also didn’t receive any napkins or straws.
I understand mistakes can happen, but there were too many issues with this order. I expected better attention to detail, food quality, and order accuracy.

McDonald's is a popular restaurant that offers a wide range of food options. The staff is known for their pleasant energy, politeness, and warmth, making it a great place to visit. Many customers enjoy the delicious food, with favorites like the caramel Frappe and chicken nuggets. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, providing a safe and friendly environment for families. It features a convenient drive-thru option for those who prefer to avoid lines, although parking can sometimes be an issue if not everyone parks correctly. One reviewer noted that the ice cream machine was down, leading to no desserts available, and they had to ask for replacements for items ordered through the app. However, they did mention that the fries were very fresh. Another customer pointed out that the burger had a cold piece of cheese. Overall, while there may be occasional hiccups, the customer service remains excellent. With its 24-hour operation and variety of food options, McDonald's continues to be a great choice for a quick and satisfying meal.
