Ice cream machine down, no desserts (pies, cookies, donuts, etc.) available. Did not offer alternative replacements for items I ordered in the app that could not be cancelled, I had to ask them. But fries were very fresh. Burger had a cold piece of cheese.

So this McDonald's has problems with workers and when the drive-thru gets overwhelmed they just tell everybody they're closed. Have no fear. It's just a trick. Go around the block in 5 minutes. They open it up again. Helpful trick if you're hungry, I personally went home and made some
