Again for the 2nd time at a second location, I recieved the wrong item. I ordered a spicy egg mcmuffin & recieved a spicy sausage egg mcmuffin. Im not a fan of their sausage. Also, tired of the kiosks if you order to go. Everything seems so impersonal at McDonald's now. The countertops by the condiments were dirty & the food that I didn't even want was cold when I ate it about 5 minutes later when going back to work a few minutes away.

This is the worst McDonalds in the U.S! Do not order from this location ! I had an issue with my mobile pickup order and the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional! When I got my order and opened my kids happy meal, I found a very unpleasant surprise. They placed mayo instead of nuggets . AVOID ! From purchasing at this location !

It's unacceptable that this is the food we're being sold! Is this a chicken strip to anyone? You pay full price for food and you get half of the food... This isn't the first time I've bought McCrispy Strips, but it is the first time in this location and what a disappointment! Plus, I am seeing that the chicken strips are getting smaller every time I buy them. Could it be that McDonalds only sold decent size Strips during the first week of the promotion?😔

Today is Wednesday July 23rd time 2:40 pm Every time I come to this McDonald's it's always a problem. I order a 6 piece nuggets a 6 a (snack wrap meal add onion add tomatoes) they hand me my food im checking before I drive off. Ma'am are there onions on this She says if that's what you ordered it's on there So I open it and say where are the onions she mumbles under her breath I say I didn't hear you she says it again and then someone else comes to the window and says it's on there. So I pull off I look in the bag no chicken nuggets I look at the wraps no onions I go back to the window for her to tell me I didn't pay for any nuggets and if I want them I have to drive back around or come in. My son in the car and you have at least 15 cars to the street and you telling me I have to go back around? I walk back to my car pull over get out go in and ask for the manager. Not an apology not an ill talk talk to them not a ill take care of you nothing. That pissed me off so bad. If you don't want to be at work don't go.

They got my order wrong,but they were fast and friendly..called to report but did not get an answer on the phone..will tell them about it the next time I visit
I be there at 1:30am because i always get my dinner after work, so when i check the restaurant hours it says 24hr but the employees say is been closed since 12am i think there’s something going on in there that the owners don’t know.

They messed up my burger. I said extra pickles no cheese they put not 1 but2! Cheese and 0 pickles. The fries were not salted the tables were dirty and they didn’t fill the soda all the way and the ice cream came melted also the chicken sandwich was dry asf and it tasted like cardboard☹️ eating it made me throw up after and the soda tasted to bad I don’t think there was enough syrup.💔
