Every time I come here, my order is Never correct on top of making me wait every single time even though I ordered through the app ahead of time they still managed to do something incorrect. It’s been multiple times where I’m either missing a sandwich or got the incorrect items or not all of them I’d rather drive further away than to keep coming to this McDonald’s.

I made my order the line was so long I waited 15 minute but by the time im at the speaker they cancel my order...
had a code for a .99 cent coffee girl in drive they told me 2.10 i said i thought it was a $1.10 then she said yea but u asked for cream and sugar. ive never been charged extra for cream and sugar. plus the total makes no sense when u add taxes like .10 cents still on $2?? i feel like she was trying to play me and pocket the dollar

Again for the 2nd time at a second location, I recieved the wrong item. I ordered a spicy egg mcmuffin & recieved a spicy sausage egg mcmuffin. Im not a fan of their sausage. Also, tired of the kiosks if you order to go. Everything seems so impersonal at McDonald's now. The countertops by the condiments were dirty & the food that I didn't even want was cold when I ate it about 5 minutes later when going back to work a few minutes away.

This is the worst McDonalds in the U.S! Do not order from this location ! I had an issue with my mobile pickup order and the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional! When I got my order and opened my kids happy meal, I found a very unpleasant surprise. They placed mayo instead of nuggets . AVOID ! From purchasing at this location !

It's unacceptable that this is the food we're being sold! Is this a chicken strip to anyone? You pay full price for food and you get half of the food... This isn't the first time I've bought McCrispy Strips, but it is the first time in this location and what a disappointment! Plus, I am seeing that the chicken strips are getting smaller every time I buy them. Could it be that McDonalds only sold decent size Strips during the first week of the promotion?😔
