I worked for McDonald's in college and always thought it was a decent company. Maybe not progressive, but they didn't abuse their workers. Now I learn that COVID-19 workers -- along with all McD's workers -- do not get sick and family leave. AND that many employees at this McDonald's have tested positive for COVID-19. SHAME ON YOU!

Many workers at this location have tested positive for COVID-19. To protect workers, customers, and our communities from infection, McDonald’s must give all workers access to paid sick and family leave NOW. McDonald’s says it believes that Black Lives Matter but until it listens to Black workers and meets their demands for paid leave and other basic protections, its words mean nothing. #NotLovingIt #StrikeForBlackLives
According to research reported by the ACLU, many workers at this location have tested positive for COVID-19. Despite that, sick workers continue coming to work because they can’t afford to miss a paycheck. McDonald's offers friendly customer service with attentive managers who go above and beyond. The staff create a positive atmosphere, with most being friendly and caring, although some servers may lack politeness. The management and hardworking employees make this McDonald's stand out. A well-dressed gentleman at the front register provides quick, efficient, and very polite service. A lady sweeping floors and picking up the numbers from tables is very attentive. The place could be even better if it was cleaned more consistently, as tables are often dirty. Sometimes, they miss an item from orders. Recently, the manager was praised for being incredibly kind and checking on every customer, making everyone feel appreciated. A customer also mentioned that the guy at the window was super respectful and explained how to scan the QR code on the receipt and do a survey, showing great respect and helpfulness. Overall, this location has positive moments, especially with well-dressed staff and attentive service, but cleanliness can be improved.
