They didn't have the fruit punch plushie, almost never do. The food was cold I would've took it back but I didn't feel like it, the McChickens tasted funny and so did the lettuce. Only thing I enjoyed honestly was the HiC orange drink! Next time I'm going to tell them I want everything fresh! The fact that there was nobody in line and I still had to wait and got old food, I just didn't understand. But hey just my experience.

This location is not there best one. The city is over saturated with McDonald’s and if I had to choose, I would not come to this place again. The food tasted old the bread was somewhat stale, normally when I go to just about any other location if it is pretty much consistent, but here the quality was not all there.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received during my visit at this location. My kids are collecting the Happy Meal Zootopia toys, and I asked an employee if I could see the toys before ordering. However, the employee did not respond and instead walked away to get a manager. The manager who assisted me was very unprofessional, had a extremely bad attitude, and refused to show me the toys. I explained that I was willing to purchase a Happy Meal if I could see the toy first, but she still refused my request. I have visited two other locations and did not experience any issues with viewing the toys before ordering. I left without making a purchase and will not return to this location. The interaction with the manager was uncomfortable, and I question her ability to provide adequate customer service. I will also be reporting this incident on the official website. My visit occurred on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at approximately 4:00 pm.

First of all, the restaurant was full of smoke and the lady serving at the front desk wasted my point promo code and I had to pay for it i show my phone to her that you had my code but she said I can't do anything you have to pay

In the drive through, 2 guys were playing and cussing in the headset. I decided not to order anything. A family member said they be talking crazy a lot. If they lack enough discipline to not cuss at the customers. I’m sure they do a lot of incorrect stuff. Terrible service

This McDonald's has went to the toilet in the past years. From me sitting inside to driving through the drive thru. I have had constant issues from my order to the service. Everyone is SUPPOSED TO BE TREATED AS EQUALS. But now that is it predominantly Latino the blacks in the area are not treated right. I am one of them and I have seen others as well. My son is thirsty I ask for a cup of ice water for him to drink. Its 85 DEGREES TODAY YOUR TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR A CUP OF TAP WATER (SMALL) WITH ICE ARE YOU SERIOUS. I AM SO FLIPPING DONE WITH THIS MCDONALD'S. ITS BAD ENOUGH THE SHOW SLOGHT RACISM IN THERE BUT THIS IS THE ONLY ONE IN A AFRICAN AMERICAN AND LATINO NEIGHBORHOOD.
Don't order from here they opened my food an sealed it off like nothing happened for uber eats and it was a child order i can't even let them eat it

I had ordered on grub hub and all the food came raw and and fries tasted bad like they havent changed the oil and not only that they were stale as if they heat them up a day ago. Seriously never order from here EVER. Seriously if someone gets severely sick and this is a hazard clearly there definetely can get into big problems!
