I just went so unprofessional the lady taking my order so rude and also same lady was charging me had a really bad attitude like almost yelling at me and then she closed the window and was taking for ever to take my payment. I just end up leaving. Really bad service. Won’t be going back to that Macdonald location

Went there this morning at around 2AM and they were a bit slow but this wasn’t the issue. The issue was that the young lady who gives you your food at the 2nd window is as rude as can be. No customer service skills at all! And she needs sensitivity training! The kid at the first window was courteous and had an ok attitude but the little Mexican girl at the second window needs training

Ordered online and when I got there, the girl said they didn’t have any sundaes. She said to get a refund on the app and when I asked her where she said she didn’t know that her manager told her on the app. I asked for the manager and she said she wasn’t in tonight. How can I get a refund of $20? If they didn’t have sundaes why would the order go through. It was a light skin girl with glasses. Please do better.

This place is really unprofessional not only they don’t know how to treat customers but they don’t know how to treat there employees. I was at this place this morning 08/30/24 the cashier was the only one nice at this place and it was her first day working there too, she took my order and my experience with her was pleasant but as one worker was giving me my order I ask her why were prices on the mobile app different from the store and she responded I don’t know I can’t help you with that which I requested to speak with the manager on charge and when she came back her answer was she can’t talk to you because she is busy to deal with customers right now. Which I told her I want to talk to her she went to get her again and this time she came I ask her for her name and she told me her name was (Maria) I explained the situation and she told me I can’t answer to that question because I don’t use the mobile app and I don’t know how that work and I understand that part but as a manager they should be train or at least know how to talk to people but she was really rude and when I ask why she told her worker she was busy to talk to customers she try excusing her self by saying I thought it was someone that was asking for a job, even worse!. I told her that’s why as a manager you should be aware why a customer is asking for a manager before having the whole situation escalated. Then she was like I don’t have time for this give me your food I’m doing a refund you can go somewhere else. This will be my last time at this place I will make sure my family members and friends don’t go there either. The poor employee on her first day was lost due to her being by her self taking orders and when she try helping getting the food they will push her away saying we don’t need your help everything was so unprofessional!!!

I've never been inside, only ordered food by drive-through. Staff is friendly, nice and clear voice box. The service is fast. The lines are long but move fast. I would recommend it.

This place completely sucks I paid for 4 mc chickens and they only gave me 3 and then argued with me up and down that I only placed an order for 3 NO ! nobody speaks proper English in this place ….. replace the workers back black !
