The atmosphere at this McDonald’s was crazy weird. It seemed like the manager was not treating the employees well at all. She also thought I couldn’t speak Spanish and said some poor things about me and the black people behind me. PLEASE at least get rid of management there!!!

I went to the drive thru purchased when my child wanted to use the washroom I went inside and the staff had the back part of the restaurant blocked I asked to use the washroom the employee dressed as Santa said she couldnt allow us in because they were having a party and it was crowded an elderly lady came and said it was out of service which was untrue and told her what the lady told me I then told her it was an emergency and it was for my child the lady then said she couldnt and left. As a customer service manager myself I find this act not only unprofessional but also inhumane. Im almost sure that this staff party was not approved when restaurant is open with guests dining in and having no access to bathroom.

Had the McCrispy chicken sandwich, which was very disappointing the piece of meat I got was very small no mayo or pickles and the bread was bruned.

This is the worst McDonald’s in Chicago!! Terrible Customer Service, they are rude, never make you feel welcome, the young female manager is just as terrible which is why the employees are the same, no example. I have given this my neighborhood McDonalds numerous of visits, and each time I regret it. I WILL Rather go somewhere else then here , and from the looks of it this is a issue that corporate can’t seem to fix
Terrible service at midnight. Fire the grandma and her grandson with her grandson with the blond dyed hair. Never again ai this time.

Sad this was my go to mcdonalds now i never want to return.
Old ladies need to retire and give their sons the job.
Incompetent and unfocused. I will be emailing corporate in Oakbrook as this was unacceptable behaviour.
I received the incorrect order because the manager was toobusy texting and gossiping with a woman in the back i couldnt see.
My visit was 12:30PM 10/09/2025
I will be escalating this issue.

Old and dry fries what a deal…and if we talk bout attitude they should be awarded for that ugly attitude, i went today 10/02/25 at 2pm and the lady handing the food was horrible😊
