I want to give a big shoutout to Oscar and the staff at this McDonald’s! Every morning when I come in for coffee (and sometimes breakfast), Oscar greets me with a warm “hi” and sets such a positive tone for my day. His energy, kindness, and genuine care for his job really stand out.
I’ll be honest—I never really enjoyed coming to McDonald’s for the food before, but now I actually look forward to it because of the amazing service from him and the rest of the team. The staff here are always patient, friendly, and make me feel welcomed. Oscar and his coworkers truly make this location special!.

I was in this mc Donald with my 6 years daughter. We ordered food and there were no napkins. Then I went in front to ask for napkins and wait for more than 2 min. Then went back to table with my daughter. When lady wearing white shirt, head set on ear and also very Spanish accent came to front and then I went to ask for napkin and same time I didn't know that she is calling for customer who ordered ice cream. When I reached and asked for Napkin and she treated me as I am stealing some one ice cream.I was just wondering how company and manager train this kind of employee.I been so many mc Donald since 2005 and also worked.But this is first time, I am very disappointed with such behaviour and treatment with customer. I won't be in this mc Donald anymore.

I placed an online order. When I got there they had no idea where my order was. The manager then figured out she gave my food away to a random person. It then took them 22 minutes to make two chicken sandwiches! The manager gave no sympathy and no apology. This was around 2pm so not the lunch or dinner rush either. I usually come here 4-5 times a week because I work really close to this location, but after the way the manager handled this today I will go out of my way to go to another McDonald’s location and never come here again!

They cooked a cup of ice coffee for 15 minutes. Super slowly. Trash is everywhere

The people here are so slow. Had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru for my food. Very inconvenient when in a hurry.
The managers do not care and take responsibility for when their employees mess up orders. I don't get the qualifications are to be manager there they do not care about customers. Also they NEVER pick up the phone
The workers there are good people, however when McDonalds forces you to use the virtual kiosks, I can't customize to the same level as I can when talking to a person.
I have to bother the good folks behind the counter to ask for what the kiosk can't give me. Until things change, one star.
Just had my order from GrubHub and I wasn't impressed. They used the smallest piece of chicken in my burger and it was all cold.
