Yeah I dont normally do this because im in the food industry, with that being said I ordered thru uber eats, I was really craving a shake, but when the driver got to me they explained that they told them they were out of shakes, Take it off your menu then. Simple as that

I keep foolishly giving this place another chance, hoping the incompetent staff has been replaced, but nothing ever changes. I've learned my lesson: drive the extra few minutes to the McDonald's on Western Avenue. That location actually knows what customer service is. Avoid this one at all costs

This is a very small location. There's usually someone from the street at this location, which is just fine, but may not be suitable if you want to bring a little one in here.
It's attached to the BP store, though there's a door separating the two now.
Staff is nice. Sometimes, though very rarely, you'll need to verify you got the right items.
Coffee usually not burnt at this location.

I want to give a big shoutout to Oscar and the staff at this McDonald’s! Every morning when I come in for coffee (and sometimes breakfast), Oscar greets me with a warm “hi” and sets such a positive tone for my day. His energy, kindness, and genuine care for his job really stand out.
I’ll be honest—I never really enjoyed coming to McDonald’s for the food before, but now I actually look forward to it because of the amazing service from him and the rest of the team. The staff here are always patient, friendly, and make me feel welcomed. Oscar and his coworkers truly make this location special!.
I was in this mc Donald with my 6 years daughter. We ordered food and there were no napkins. Then I went in front to ask for napkins and wait for more than 2 min. Then went back to table with my daughter. When lady wearing white shirt, head set on ear and also very Spanish accent came to front and then I went to ask for napkin and same time I didn't know that she is calling for customer who ordered ice cream. When I reached and asked for Napkin and she treated me as I am stealing some one ice cream.I was just wondering how company and manager train this kind of employee.I been so many mc Donald since 2005 and also worked.But this is first time, I am very disappointed with such behaviour and treatment with customer. I won't be in this mc Donald anymore.

I placed an online order. When I got there they had no idea where my order was. The manager then figured out she gave my food away to a random person. It then took them 22 minutes to make two chicken sandwiches! The manager gave no sympathy and no apology. This was around 2pm so not the lunch or dinner rush either. I usually come here 4-5 times a week because I work really close to this location, but after the way the manager handled this today I will go out of my way to go to another McDonald’s location and never come here again!
