The managers do not care and take responsibility for when their employees mess up orders. I don't get the qualifications are to be manager there they do not care about customers. Also they NEVER pick up the phone

The workers there are good people, however when McDonalds forces you to use the virtual kiosks, I can't customize to the same level as I can when talking to a person.
I have to bother the good folks behind the counter to ask for what the kiosk can't give me. Until things change, one star.

I don't know what's going on with this McDonald's location, but they are getting orders wrong, The food you get is either WRONG or COLD. This is happening when I order thru GRUBHUB, I tried calling but get an automatic answering service. Right now on GRUBHUB they the 10 Nuggets free if you spend $15+ which is what I did I received my oder and guess what NO FREAKIN NUGGETS but they sent the Sauce and the dam fries are hard as hell and cold and my job is literally down the street. This location MCDONALD'S DEVON & RIDGE NEEDS TO DO BETTER BUT I WANT MY FREE NUGGETS!
