The workers are incompetent. My coworker placed an order to be picked up at the counter and they didn't want to give me the order for some odd reason even though they specified it could be picked up if the order was placed to be picked up at the counter. Not only did they make me waste my lunch time but I couldn't pick up my lunch that was ordered and the payment went through. Highly upsetting when all they could do is look at each other. They need better management.

As Spanish is the main language of most of the Staff, ordering here can be difficult. I now understand how/why so many of my orders here get messed up. Also, not enough Staff to properly handle to volume of business between drive thru and counter orders. This place has seriously gone down hill.
