Usually a good experience, but the heavy-set, older Hispanic woman who loudly mumbles into the intercom at night needs to speak better or be pulled from the drive-thru. Making it worse, she gets very mad when she's told that she can't be understood. There are so many employees here that speak clearly. Please give the mad mumbler another assignment. Thanx!

The other day I talked to a manager there and I asked her about the situation with the crackheads begging for money there they said they called the cops and the Chicago Police department does not do nothing to help them to get rid of the people out of there on top of that the food there sometimes is even warm or not cold but not hot on top of that I try to reach out to the district manager believe her name is Gracie Griselda and I still haven't got a call to express my concerns...

When I got there, only one person was in front of me in line. When she was taken care of, the person behind the register left, and I had to wait a good while. Afterwards a different person came and took my order. And the wait to get the the order wasn't short, for what I ordered the wait seemed excessive. Over all the ordering process took to long.
