They gave my food order to the car infront of me then they got it back because they realized that they were giving the wrong drinks then I told coworkers that they gave my food to the car infront and they tried to deny it then to realize my fries where half way full smh how are you going to argue and deny when I seen with my own eyes.

I've been going to this location since 2018. My father had a stroke and every morning he wants McDonalds I always go through the drive thru. Great people!Parking: Parking is always pack if you want to dine in pls come early in the am.

My son wanted to try the chili sauce so I ordered four of those and a medium order of fries and they didn't ring me up because they thought I was playing in the Drive-Thru even though I used my rewards app. So when I get to the payment window, the lady just keeps saying that she doesn't see my order. Then I get frustrated because she doesn't seem to understand what I'm saying so I'll pull around to the pick up window and the manager says something like, people come through the drive through and drive off and so apparently they didn't believe that my order was real. She then sounds like she has an attitude with me asking me can she ring up my order. So then I stopped and asked her what did I do wrong and then she starts saying I didn't do anything wrong but she sounded frustrated with me because I didn't just give her my money and move on and ignore the bad service.

The people That work here are great. Some of the guests that come through are not. But that’s what you get with McDonald’s in the city good times and bad times. I would avoid the school hours if you’re dining in.

Terrible management here, I heard this older women who I am assuming is a manager or supervisor, yelling at her staff to work faster and complaining about “timers” which I believe are used to determine their work speed, she does all of this while not even helping. I cant complain about the food since it was nice and warm and my order was not wrong but the leadership here is borderline verbally abusive and most definitely toxic.

I went through the drive thru they told me to park and wait for the order. Which I did mind you I was with my 2 year old who was sick at the time . 30 min past everyone who was waiting left I decided to call the store and ask what is going on the “manager” if you can call that a manager answered the phone I explained that it’s been 30 min I been waiting on my food my son is sick and didn’t wanna take him out the car, asked if my ordered was handed out by accident . She then responded with “are you kidding me , you are kidding me” hung up the call. I called again asked for my refund and she hung up on me again. I have been a manager for the past 5 years I used to be a manager at dominos and currently I’m a manager at cricket I get it it could be stressful but we should never treat others with disrespect, never have I ever experienced such disrespect. Incompetency at its finest. Honestly if you don’t like your job find another one poor management and poor leadership.

4338 W. North ave McDonald's night manager is a thief. Beware when ordering they are running a scheme stealing customer money. I had to post this because this was the second time I straight out received horrible customer service at this location.The manager even made a comment stating " let me get someone who speaks English". Which was weird because we had just had a full conversation in English. Anyway they refused to refund my money on top of not fulfilling my order.
