My son wanted to try the chili sauce so I ordered four of those and a medium order of fries and they didn't ring me up because they thought I was playing in the Drive-Thru even though I used my rewards app. So when I get to the payment window, the lady just keeps saying that she doesn't see my order. The people That work here are great. Some of the guests that come through are not. But that’s what you get with McDonald’s in the city good times and bad times. I would avoid the school hours if you’re dining in.
