I went to this subway today which is June 28th at around 3:30pm and waited 30 minutes for someone to come out. I heard someone working in the back and I was just ignored. I knocked on the window & called for someone to come up but they never did. This subway had terrible customer service today and I don’t recommend getting your food from here.

This Subway location on Cicero Ave. In Chicago historically wouldn't accept coupons. I work right across the street but haven't been going there as a matter of principle. Then I see the December 2023 news that all locations are now required to accept deals on the Subway app. So I figure I'd give it another try and install the app. There is a buy one get one deal going on, so I put in an order.
