We were thru the drive thru, and waited 5 minutes no one on the intercom. We drove up to the window, and the guys said the intercom is broken. My husband then orders 2 pot pies, and the guy says we don’t have any they are made fresh to order. We know that’s a lie. So unprofessional, and rude!

I asked 3 sets of 2 APPLE pies.. Not only they gave me only 4.. Because they didnt know whats 3x2 They don't even know whats an Apple pie? Because they gave me cherry and cream.? whatever the other one they offer..

I had a great experience at this McDonalds. I've went with some friends during the rush hours. We were lucky enough to get a table. We have made quite a big order. The food was ready very fast. The fries were crisp, hot and salty, exactly how you expect them to be. The food was fresh. Even if it was rush hour, the staff was friendly, the cleaning personal was taking care of the tables the moment they were empty, so the restaurant was clean.

Obviously not my 1st time having McDonald's but 1st time in that location, in my opinion it went very smoothly it was busy but not enough to where your waiting 30 or 40 minutes just the normal time 5-15 minutes, I would come back to the location and try the rest of the menu to see how the quality comes out!

I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app at 10:15 AM and arrived at the restaurant before 10:30 AM. Upon arrival, I was informed by an employee named Luis that my order had been canceled because breakfast ends at 10:30. However, it was not yet 10:30 when I arrived. When I asked to speak with a manager, Luis stated that he was the manager. I requested a refund, but he told me I could not receive one. I then asked for another manager, and Rogelia came to the front. I explained the situation again, but was told that if I was not there to pick up my food before 10:30, the order would automatically be canceled. This explanation did not make sense since it was still before 10:30 when I arrived.
When I again requested a refund, Rogelia said she could not process it because the order was placed through the app and that I would have to wait up to 10 days for my refund to be processed. This entire experience was very disappointing and unacceptable. My order should not have been canceled before the 10:30 cutoff, and both Luis and Rogelia were smirking, eye rolling and displaying unprofessional attitudes. Their behavior was disrespectful and made the situation even more frustrating.
one of the best McDonald’s I have ever been too. Very friendly staff, they do great things for the neighborhood; there’s a sign on the wall telling about how much they’ve donated to charities, I just found that awesome. Definitely one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to
