Since this location is closing on December 31st for good I thought I would give them a try. McDonald’s needs to shutter this place today. The employees here could care less about the customer.

Felt compelled to write a review due to the young man working on 10/4 at 5 PM. During a busy time he cared about the efficiency of getting people in/out and keeping people moving organizing people to kiosks and registers. He even saw i was going to struggle carrying an oversized bag down the stairs having to also carry a pet carrier and backpack without a working escalator down to the tracks and carried my larger bag down for me. Super friendly and energetic guy. Wish i got his name to give him an official shout out but it was so appreciated!

Save your money when it comes to coffee. This location is stingy with the flavors. I asked for a large vanilla coffee and a large iced mocha and my coffee tasted like they just put milk in it and no flavoring. I've been to other McDonald's where a vanilla actually is sweet. Seems like they put one pump in a large if any. Anywhere other coffee place I go to I have to reduce the flavors because it's so sweet and too strong. Not here. Food was fine. But they need to leave things like straws, sweeteners, and free condiments out. Employees have to walk away to complete orders then you have to wait longer for little things like a straw or sugar.

This McD is in a place with a lot of people and they should have more staff, my experience was bad and I will never return. It says there, create fame and go to sleep and that's what this place is like. The record manager was practically alone and her voice is deafening and her attitude deplorable as if she were doing us a favor by buying from them. And I give as an example the SBARRO that is in front, I always shop there and they are extremely friendly or at least not like that manager. I know that she was almost alone, she practically did everything, but she doesn't have a good attitude to be in charge. It's better for her to go to the kitchen where she doesn't treat customers. I think that even if she had help, she would be the same.
