Among the many times we attend this establishment, we have never had a good experience. The only reason we go to this one is because it is the closest in our area. We always go through the drive through, and the service is horrible. The workers always seem to be distracted and never repeat the order back correct. They are also just completely rude and dismissive. They have me the wrong order so I went back around and told them, they then said they never got my original order even though the lady that I was talking to was the same one that took my order. Please get better staff.

I fully understand why the drive thru and restaurant was empty. If the order taker working the drive thru on 12/28/25 between the times of 4:50 p.m and 5:00 p.m. is indicative of quality, the food is trash too. Don’t get these customer friendly jobs if you are anything but—gross, appetite gone.

They use a predatory parking company that charges you $170 dollars if you go off premises for 5 minutes to get hot dogs next door first before the other person in your party goes in to get McDonald’s and won’t listen to you explaining your plan to order from the two locations. We were parked for 5 minutes, first picked up the hot dog order next door and when I went to get McDonald’s I realized our car was booted and was verbally abused by the parking agents who refused to understand that we were intending to go to Chicago and McDonald’s confirmed that because we picked up the first order from the place across the street first they would enforce the $170 parking fee. I will never purchase another meal from McDonald’s in my life.
I often visit McDonald’s for a quick and easy meal. The food is fast and familiar, and the prices are very affordable. Sometimes it can be busy, but the staff are usually quick and helpful. I like that the menu has many options, including burgers, fries, and drinks. It’s a convenient place to eat when I’m in a hurry.
