First time at this location. Drive thru - no wait. Order taker did not repeat order back to us and an error occured - one hash brown instead of two. They did correct this at pick up window. I'm sure I'll go there again since it is near family in that area.

I stopped for a quick bite on my way home, and the person working the drive-thru window was extremely rude. I noticed they had Krispy Kreme donuts and asked to add one to my order. She said okay, but when I went to pick up my food, there was no donut included. Figuring she might not have heard me, I asked if I could add it now and offered to pay. She looked at me and said, “I have other cars, move.”
Really disrespectful – I won’t be going back there again.

We stopped at this McDonald’s right after getting off the highway, craving a quick soft serve ice cream. While we were there, we also grabbed a large french fries. Everything was great! We loved how fast the service was, especially with the convenience of ordering at the kiosk. The place was clean, and overall, it was a quick and satisfying stop for a snack

The girl in the drive tru has an attitude! They act all tough while taking the order then when you pull up they act like they don't know what your talking about. I placed my first item and was told "ok pull up"
I said I'm not done with my order. Once I placed my 2nd item she says "ok pull up" like I'm not done ordering and your rushing me. So I told her to stop rushing me she goes "well if u stopped talking and place your order u can pull up" like there were no cars behind. I told her I was going inside instead or to get me someone else. She was lucky kids where in the car if not I would've gone inside. Made her repeat the order and when I got it it was still wrong. She's so desperate probably trying to be on her phone and rushing ppl through the drive tru to know what she is doing. When I pulled up both girls where all nice and both denied taking the order. Don't waste your time!! Or your money!

Customer service sucks and the lady in the drive thru clearly had no idea what she was doing. Ask for my app code I give it to her and some how she adds it in the order before me because I can clearly see it on the screen and in my app it shows we got your code. She proceeded to argue with me that my code didn’t work and was rude about it. Offered no type of help only an attitude!!!!

We had a rocky start a few month back which was a miscommunication. But things have been great since then. The supervisor Frances I think that’s how you spell it. She had been great. We had one miscommunication and after that it’s been great. I wanted to talk about the miscommunication because I wrote a review when it happen so I wanted to fix it now. They have treated me so good and are good to everyone that I see. It gets busy so I have to learn to be more patient as well. But they always cook my food great and understand that my son has autism and is picky about his food. So I love coming here. Eddie is wonderful as well. They all are. Great job everyone
