This one just doesn't get any better. Employees are extremely rude to customers. You pull up to the two drive thru lanes to discover that one all of a sudden isn't being waited on. If someone asks to speak the Manager, they refuse to get that person, and will repeatedly ask you why. Unclean. You go inside and other patrons are upset with service like drive thru patrons. I threw half the food out. A waste of money.

The managers and employees are all ratchet no costumer service at all all the food be cold never received a hot meal from them in years maybe breakfast but after school employees are terrible that little red head nappy weave manager and that big next drive thru

Fast food or slow service! They only can take exact change or card ok that’s understandable… but why does it take 30 minutes to pick up something that was ordered ahead of time? While waiting I was able to watch the process in the back and I saw them unwrap food take an egg off a sandwich and put it back in the tray to be used on another sandwich then wrap it back up and put the sandwich in a bag… what if that person had an egg allergy, I happen to have one! Luckily I didn’t order that! The food that was ordered, was barely edible. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment..

All in all, truly a poor experience. They had no diet soda, I couldn't get what I wanted and the server had to call her Mgr to refund my money. This facility is just 1/10th of 1 percent above the 47th and cottage Grove location. 47th St. is truly B.O.T.B(bottom of the barrel). I had to travel to 47th and Ashland to get normal service!!

I’ve traveled around the world, and this has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever went to. Not only were they rude and disrespectful, I asked for my receipt and the woman didn’t want to give it to me. She then threw it out the window at me with a bunch of other receipts. This is a horrible, unprofessional location. When I asked the manager for her name as well as the woman’s name who helped me, she told me no and when I informed her I was calling headquarters she then said, “I can’t give you my name but her name is Tony or Tonya she is new.”

mccrispy was very tiny smaller than bun and it didnt even taste like chicken. ive had many mccrispy but they just gave me the one that was definitely meant for the garbage and it probably sat out all day way it tasted. the meat was hard not even

This morning, Waiting on my food after paying, I noticed a Red suv holding up the drive thru. Instead of someone telling her to go to the second window or come inside, due to her having an issue with her order, they decided to hold up the line. People have to go to work, I was by the way working. Order, order, order is all I have to say, Please get it together, please have your businesses in better order, if I am paying for my food. When I finally made it to the window, I asked her nicely when she has customers like that, to have them go to the second window or they need to come inside. Instead of agreeing, which she has the right to not agree and or thank me, she said the lady was on her phone also. She rudely walks away and says I can't make anyone come inside ??? Yes you can, if she's holding up the line, which she allowed hwr to hold the line up, and she looked like a supervisor and didn't care obviously after other people paid for their food, people was beeping the horn. I heard she couldn't find her receipt and she just sat there after receiving her food. After waiting over 5 minutes, I get to the window my order could have at least been ready to hand to me and of course I had to wait. Even people inside was complaining, saying all their doing is walking pass, walking by them. This right here is why I like going to certain located food spots, better service. The only reason today, was that I was working.
There are really impolite and slow, we had two mobile orders, When we were talking to her, she left without saying anything and came back ten minutes later, it's unbelievable, we went to the window and just explained the food there, and we stayed there for another twelve minutes, they were really confused. Hey, I won't eat here again, the quality of the food is not interesting at all, they gave me cold potatoes, we had to throw the food directly in the trash can. It is better not to donate money here.

I usually love McD but I'm not sure what happened here, I didn't find the value for money for the food I ordered. Quality could have been better. I will try a different item next time to confirm this review.
