Fast food or slow service! They only can take exact change or card ok that’s understandable… but why does it take 30 minutes to pick up something that was ordered ahead of time? While waiting I was able to watch the process in the back and I saw them unwrap food take an egg off a sandwich and put it back in the tray to be used on another sandwich then wrap it back up and put the sandwich in a bag… what if that person had an egg allergy, I happen to have one! All in all, truly a poor experience. They had no diet soda, I couldn't get what I wanted and the server had to call her Mgr to refund my money. This facility is just 1/10th of 1 percent above the 47th and cottage Grove location. 47th St. is truly B.O.T.B(bottom of the barrel). I had to travel to 47th and Ashland to get normal service!!
