I got so sick. It'll be awhile before I can go back
There was a promotion for $1 Mexican pizza on the app. I ordered it along with the pineapple freeze. When I get there, they stated they were out of the Mexican pizza, but they still pushed my order through so I wasn’t able to cancel it and get a refund. Then told me there was nothing they could do, I’d have to figure it out on the app. I wasn’t even offered a replacement or an apology. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Typical Taco Bell. The employees huddle in the back talking. No one is out front to take orders. There is only ever 1 kiosk working to place your order. It's just average per usual.
