Dunkin' has friendly staff, like Hardik, who greet customers with a smile. However, the atmosphere can be uninviting due to loud and rowdy groups. Service can be abrupt and rude, making take-out a better option. Despite this, their caramel coffee and plain bagel make for a great breakfast to-go, and their ice cream choices are impressive, all at a more affordable price than Starbucks.
