Probably the most horrible experience at any Starbucks. I arrived 10 minutes after placing my mobile order and there were dozens of orders waiting for pickup and a very long line of people waiting to place orders. I witnessed only 2 employees behind the counter. 20 minutes after placing my order it still had not even been started and not a single customer in line had been assisted during the time I was there.
