So as loyalty member who has patroned about 30 Starbucks FREQUENTLY including other States, I shopped at this Chicago, 35 th and State Street location today and ordered my usual Grande Carmel Frappechino with EXTRA carmel drizzle, easy whip cream and it has been prepared THE EXACT SAME WAY AT ABSOLUTELY EVERY LOCATION I HAVE EVER VISITED except today....the Barista Lauren was nice but prepared it in a way I have NEVER received and I was upset about it, even after having tipped....read full review

I found the staff to be very friendly, I went on my first date with an attractive brunette woman, and the staff was very receptive to me since I don't speak English, I just learned how to do it.

Me and my husband came in to get hot drinks. He got a coffee and I wanted a hot tea. The cashier seemed not to know what she was doing because she tried to explain why she had to ring up the tea I wanted in a certain way. I was totally confused because I didn't understand what she was trying to say. Normally when I go into a Starbucks I just tell them what I want and I get it.
