I am lucky to stop by this place when it is nice and quiet. Their cupcakes are rather famous one in town. Their cupcakes are moist and with filling. They have both sweet and sour options. It is cute and cozy at this location and people at the counter are always nice. I enjoy stopping by and wind down for the day.

Must give praise to Molly's! We stopped in Saturday to see if it would be possible for them to do a few last minute gender reveal cupcakes. They could've easily said no since I believe they require at least 24 hour notice for any custom offerings, but the woman working was so accommodating and kindly squeezed it in. She helped us have a wonderful experience!
P.S. we had one of our first dates at Molly's, so it was such a neat full circle moment to have Molly's a part of this milestone. Can't wait to bring our baby GIRL here next year! Thank you!!

Decent cupcakes! I made an order a few weeks ago for my friends bday party because I was told they were the best in the city. While they were good I felt like the cake was a bit stale and frosting too sweet. The ratio of frosting to cake was off and the flavors were bland. Overall I was happy with the order and maybe I’m being over critical.. but I’ll probably order from somewhere else next year.

The cupcakes are great. But every time I go, the customer service leaves a bad taste of the trip.

This was a great experience. I came her on my birthday when my other favorite cafe was closed. The younger girls working were a delight - they were singing and performing Bruno Mars. The cupcakes were great and I’m happy I found them. Also, I love the feel of the atmosphere.

I always visit Mollys when I’m on Chicago (which is a few times a year). The Ron Bennington cupcake is a must.

I visited because the reviews were good, and three of us ordered 5 cupcakes and waited for the coffee to come out. The coffee didn't come out even after 20 minutes, so I inquired and they said they forgot. It was an older woman with glasses. She said she was sorry, but she was very unfriendly. While eating the cupcake, I had to wait for a long time for the coffee to come out.

We love Molly's Cupcakes - especially the holiday themed cupcakes for Diwali!

Unfortunately the staff was not pleasant and we were charged *more* money for buying a set of 8 than if we bought individually. At indivudual price you get the cupcake and the container. We bought 8 and they only wanted to put them in the bulk container. Since these are individual gifts, we still needed single containers. They insisted on charging extra for the single container, despite that it would otherwise come with one. There is no discount for buying 8 but one is charged more to buy more cupcakes at one time. The service was also not pleasant and frowned at requesting it even after paying more anyway. The quality of the cupcake is great but the experience was unfortunate
