Really disappointing to learn that the employees do not get the tips. I am quite frankly tired of restaurants prompting you to tip at check-out and then not giving it directly to the team members.

I've been to the Molly's in Streeterville a few times and have always had a good experience but the experience at the South Loop store was subpar. The cupcakes seemed smaller and less well decorated than the ones at the other location. The Chocolate Decadence cupcake I ordered was dry and crumbly. For nearly 8 dollars for two cupcakes they should be fresh.

I came in on Saturday evening and was greatly impressed by the service provided by Jess! She helped me and explained everything to me for my first visit there! She recommended me the Blueberry and Churro options and was pleasantly surprised by the service, location and atmosphere in general . Greatly recommended and highly appreciated Jess for her help and great smile!!!! Will be back!!!

had not been there in a long while, but I ordered 3 cupcakes and my chang was supposed to be a few dollars and .76 cents. I received 75 cents, now I am confused! why am I getting .75 cent instead of.76 cent back….Molly has much more money than I do, so why do they owe me money. The girl tells the coworker that came out of the back that I wanted all my change and that it’s only a penny, smdh—well if its only a penny, why do you not have one, it’s mine!Molly do need to be in her stores, because the individual that waited on me had a god awful odor and I could taste that odor in the cupcakes….nasty.Check to make sure your employees are fresh & clean before they start work.Parking: that’s it!

I never believed my life will change in such a manner. I saw a review on Facebook about Mrs Craig Vanessa trading skills and before then I have never risk money doing anything online with anybody because I think I was so wise and never want to be cheated but when I contacted Mrs. Craig Vanessa, she explained everything to me concerning trading and the profit I can make within a week I was convinced to give a trial and risked to invest $1,000 and I made a withdrawal profit of $9,000 within a week.

Super disappointed at this location they stopped serving coffee when I came in at 7pm even though they close at 9pm. The staff didn't offer any other options. I ordered and sat but they didn't give me wifi access. Told me that it wasn't public. This is the only place open past 7pm. Super weird energy and kind of waste. The Chai that I ordered was barely even hot. Love Molly's but this experience was subpar.

Severely overpriced and overhyped cupcakes. We got the Oreo and Churro cupcakes and total was over $8. Which is a low price to pay if they were actually edible.These cupcakes tasted like they were in the fridge behind the glass case for a week, and were extremely dry and crumbly.

No icing!?Rushed to this location after work, just to be told there was no icing for the red velvet cupcakes! What?! Store appeared to be closing earlier than 10pm, which is what is listed as closing on the website. Nena appeared to be in a rush to get us out of the store and did not provide the best customer service. I am not pleased with the experience that I received on tonight. I do not plan to re-visit this location for cupcakes in the future. Customers come for cupcakes with icing for the most part. Not to be told that a cupcake shop doesn't have icing for there cupcakes.
The cupcakes are old and dry, there is a person serving with a very bad appearance, untidy handling the cupcakes, if I could I would give 0

Cute original location but do not see what the hype is about. We ordered 2 cupcakes (peach cobbler or something and crème brûlée) and a cherry cheesecake. They didn’t have utensils (we asked). The cupcakes were actually gross- they tasted old and like a refrigerator. The cake was dry and flavorless. The cheesecake was good.

I'm not really a sweet queen I enjoy potato chips when looking for a snack. But after watching I believe Shark Tank or maybe Cupcake Wars I had to try these amazing sounding cupcakes. My first trip I was skeptical so I brought two a Vanilla and a Red Velvet one. This was pre-pandemic and on my bus ride home one didn't make it. Each time I went I added more and more. Lol the last time the cashier had to put my order in a six pack tin. My absolute favorite now is the Creme Brûlée and Salted Caramel Butterscotch amazing flavor and so many varieties I never buy just one anymore. Some days when you visit the South Loop locations and you don't feel that warm and fuzzy feeling just ignore it and try not to let it ruin your experience. I've walked in MANY times and said hello and never got a response back. Now if I can I go to the one in the West Loop they are always pleasant and speaks sometimes before you.

The frosting is made of shortening and not butter so its tasteless. I was expecting buttercream but I got lard and sugar mix. Great presentation though.
