Staff is super friendly and prices are very affordable for lunch downtown. I have never waited more than a few minutes for my order and it is always accurate. They offer a variety of sandwiches and it is always delicious.

Cheapest authentic Chicago sub place in the loop. Frequent place for office workers. Any tourists should try the Gym-shoe (most underrated Chicago sandwich) it’s not on the menu but if you ask they will make it for you.
Restaurant is always kept super clean and staff is attentive, helpful, and super nice. Excellent customer service.

If I ran a Chicago food tour service this is one of the places I would have on the list of food that represents my home. All things are delicious fresh and quick. The bread is among the best you can get anywhere and the cheese may combo makes all things right in the world. I miss going there now that i have moved away but will be back as soon as I get off the plane!

First time coming in for an uber delivery. Felt welcomed with the owners and staff that I wanted to try it out after I was done with the delivery. Got the Italian sub combo with the ‘cold essential fixing’ and it was a very good sandwich. The bread was soft/bouncy and the toppings were nice and fresh. One of the owners were nice enough to pay for my meal, but I had to try out another one of their cold cuts to-go. Overall good experience and a must try when in the area. Be coming back again soon to try out their other sandwiches. Thank you for the hospitality.
Price is ridiculous for the quality and quantity. Subs that taste great. Lowest price you can get in the Loop for a quick lunch to pickup. Justified heat.

I’m very upset that I didn’t leave a tip for the people working on the inside! They were so polite and very well organized. The clerk took my order in a respectful manner and the cook prepared my sandwiches in a timely fashion. Any time I got a taste for a good sandwich and I’m in the area, it is almost guaranteed that I eat here at Mr. Submarine!

I've gone there for years and I love it. Great prices, very nice staff and good service. Their chili is very good and don't forget the oyster crackers. My favorite sandwich is the Pastrami and Turkey. Try it you would like it.
