Stopped by Mrs. Fields at Northwest Train Station and was instantly greeted by the sweet aroma of fresh-baked cookies. The staff was friendly, and the cookies were soft, warm, and delicious just what I needed during a travel break. Great quick treat spot for anyone passing through. Will visit again!
pretty tasty milk tea, plus the jellies have shapes which is charming. unfortunately didn't have any tapioca but the first topping you add is free which is also nice considering most places don't do that. would recommend any time
(Taro milk tea + lychee jelly)
This place is a must, I really enjoyed the piña colada smoothie I was recommended by the lovely cashier this morning, very friendly and professional
Finally found a place which sells a good matcha boba tea similar to Chinatown
If I could give this place 0 stars I would but unfortunatelygoogle doesn’t have that setting, I just find it very unprofessional how my colleague and I were treated today. We ordered a 5 inch cake which is only $20, bc it’s one of our friends birthdays. On my break I decided to run and get it. The cashier rudely let me know that there was no
Order under her name. I then proceeded to show her the receipt as well as the order number, she then called her boss. Which she then made me speak to him over her phone and he told me that basically I did in fact NOT pay for it. Although I showed them my bank transaction and order number. We work in the industry so it’s very annoying how this was handled. I would not recommend this place to anyone bc they were very discriminating and racist.
This store has a delicious strawberry banana smoothie with strawberry boba! It's super creamy, the flavours are perfectly balanced, the boba adds a nice sweet pop, definitely getting it again!
Horrible experience, top not on, drink spilled everywhere, no more ingredients, never stop here, super unprofessional, didn’t even care my drink spilled. Ruined a fun end of day
If you're ever passing through the Northwest Train Station, Mrs. Fields is a must-stop! The smell alone will pull you in, but the cookies are what really hit. I grabbed a chocolate chip cookie and a frosted sugar cookie, and both were fresh and soft – the perfect treat after a long day. The staff is always friendly and quick, and they’ve got some great options for personalized cookie cakes if you’ve got a special occasion. I spent around $8 for a couple of cookies, and honestly, it's well worth it every time. Perfect little pick-me-up before you catch your train!
This location has great staff! I had an issue on Thursday with a cake received, before EOD Friday I was all set with a new cake. The employee on shift for Friday was extremely helpful in walking me through the process and was kind when I arrived.
The boba was undercooked and the tea is $8. Very poor quality for the price, I will find a better place next time I visit.

Review written 11/15/2024. Got a cookie there the other day while traveling and it was fresh and delicious. This location does not offer milk for sale which is kind of disappointing for a cookie store.
Disgusting cheap artificial "cookies"

The tapioca in the bubble tea was flawless. Perfect chew (not over/undercooked). Smoothie flavor was excellent and not overly saccharine.

I order the Dozen Peanut Butter Cookies from this location all the time. They always have it served fresh and warm!!!!. Thank you so much for that.

Unbelievably rude service from the two women working at this location on a Friday evening. Completely empty storefront, yet apparently serving a single customer is too much of a burden. I feel scammed for having spent even a single dollar here.
