I’m rating this as a restaurant. The place is good as a club! The restaurant is just horrible. Food is terrible. The steak dishes are OK, some of them do not come with any sides, it’s just a plain piece of steak. Appetizers are terrible. The salmon ceviche is just tomato and mango. Expensive for what you actually get. Really terrible food. But it’s a good dance club.

Service is absolutely horrible. We came for a bachelorette party (15 girls)... wanted to charge us cover charge of $20 AND table/bottles... and then they had the manager word it a different way to make us think we’re getting a great deal. Plus the guys at the counter... older guy w/ glasses looked drugged out. So unprofessional.

So called “manager” tried kicking me out because I wanted a drink, I understand she was taking a while because it’s was busy but the fact that she screamed “I have to get a drink for my brother first” kind of made it seemed that she cared about serving a drink to her family member before customers at HER JOB, did he even paid for it? Then she yelled to the security to kicked me out without even me having a drink at ALL. Very unprofessional. I hope the owner understands that paying someone to be a manager or bartender has to be worth it. I own a business myself as well and I go to this place all the time. Now this might take all my money somewhere else. Just a shame. I hope she’s not there If I decide to go back.

Our holiday office party was held here. Everyone enjoyed the guacamole bar, mojito/margarita bar, steak quesadillas, make your own taco...the mini churro dessert bar. Fresh ingredients, delicious flavors. We ate, we danced....we all had a wonderful time.

Nacional 27 was the venue for our rehearsal dinner, and we could not have been happier! We had amazing food & drinks for one thing. We did our own seating arrangements but were given the room layout in advance which was helpful. We also had music and salsa dancing (including a short salsa class), and my brother-in-law was able to be the MC for speeches later in the night. The staff were friendly (I personally appreciated our waiter who gave our table a round of tequila shots when we asked for them... I don't think he was supposed to but it helped with my night-before-wedding nerves haha). The food was so good, and it was served family style so each guest could try a variety of dishes. Apps were passed as guests arrived as well, and then we had an extensive dessert bar. It was such a fantastic start to our wedding weekend, and so memorable for all of our guests who were able to attend!
