It was pretty good for a “specialty burger”. It reminded us of an elevated White Castles. The staff were very, very nice to us, we even received a free cocktail for waiting so long. Not worth the price but I did like the way the burger was cooked.

Been waiting to get NADC burger since I went to Houston. They unfortunately closed when we visited so excited they have two location In Chicago.
The burger was bomb. Hard to think a wagyu flat top smash burger would be anything b it amazing. The sauce is thousand island ish and the crust on the burger is great with enough gooey cheese.
We also ordered the special fries. More of the sauce and some chopped pickles on top of the crispy fries.
Can easily say it’s in the top 10 of best smash burgers for me in the US.

Burger and fries were good, but at $21 before tax or tip, it did seem a bit overpriced. You have to leave your seat to pick up your food from the pass, so the 20% tip is excessive.

Meh. The burger is good. Jalepenos are weak and the bun falls apart because the burger is too juicy in a weird way. Fries were solid. But $40 for 2 burgers and 1 fry and water😱😱

A truly remarkable burger spot. We’ve eaten here three times now and each time it has held up to the memory of the last visit. Excellent and flavorful burger with fries I can’t stop myself from eating. I’m not usually a fry guy, but going “Beast Mode” completely changes my experience. My only caution is to be ready to break out the fork and knife, especially with the loaded fries, as things can get a bit messy. That doesn’t stop me from giving this a full steam ahead, must stop by recommendation to anyone in the area.
