The waiter guy threw my card at me after I paid almost 100 dollars for two burgers a single fry and a couple drinks-BEFORE YOU GET YOUR FOOD. Then they made me and my partner move, mid meal, to accommodate for another party. They have you seat yourself but don’t have enough sense to make sure you don’t go to the “wrong” table. Won’t return , wouldn’t recommend.

The 25 minute walk in the bitter cold was totally worth it. This is one of the best burgers I've ever had. I found it looking for smash burgers but I wouldn't call this a smash burger per se as you don't get those crispy flattened-out edges. What you do get is a perfectly balanced classic diner style burger but somehow elevated. I recommend ordering it as-is. They've put some thought into how the elements (high quality beef, pickles, 'tamed' jalepenos, secret sauce) work together and it was all I could do not to order a second one.

Dropped in to grab dinner and found a seat at the bar. Plenty of spaces open up as people/groups usually cycling in and out. The burger is unique and delicious. I’m a big fan of the flavor combinations and the fries are good too. Cocktails are choice, so this place is highly recommended.
Bad service. Staff was unhelpful and inattentive, and the overall experience was disappointing. I expected much better customer service and professionalism. I won’t be returning

This isn’t Cali, nobody in Chicago has 1hr to wait for a smash burger. 1hr total wait time. Waited 30+ minutes at the restaurant after placing an order 30 min prior. Saturday night, place was less than half full. Food was alright, nothing stands out. The Wicker Park location will be closed a year from now.
