We loved the experience at Sushi by Scratch. PJ guided a beautiful night with his Japanese whisky and cocktail selection. The space is unique as a true speakeasy 20 feet below ground.

Sushi by Scratch Restaurants: Chicago offers an intimate and unique dining experience in an industrial speakeasy setting with mini-counter seating for only ten guests. The O.G. style Omakase Experience features 16 courses of nigiri, each piece exceptional, taking guests on a rollercoaster of emotions. The omakase was the best I've ever had and is by far the best sushi. Every piece was the best until the next one, with mouth watering sushi where every bite had so much flavor. The chefs are awesome, wonderful, fantastic, and funny, making the experience even more memorable. It is expensive but worth it, providing one of the most memorable restaurant experiences. The fun group of chefs makes the experience amazing and highly recommended for any sushi lovers.
