They are very detailed and make sure that you feel attended to. The level of communication is so personal. One of the best dining experiences I've had
Been to the Napa one and now this one. Definitely not disappointing. Staff is friendly and engages with you. And its nice to have a small seating with people that also engage with you.
I’ll be chasing this high for a long time. Absolutely incredible bites, I wish I could pick a favorite. 11/10 experience/food/cocktails and chefs.

Sushi by Scratch Restaurants: Chicago offers an intimate and unique dining experience in an industrial speakeasy setting with mini-counter seating for only ten guests. The O.G. style Omakase Experience features 16 courses of nigiri, each piece exceptional, taking guests on a rollercoaster of emotions. The omakase was the best I've ever had and is by far the best sushi. Every piece was the best until the next one, with mouth watering sushi where every bite had so much flavor. The chefs are awesome, wonderful, fantastic, and funny, making the experience even more memorable. It is expensive but worth it, providing one of the most memorable restaurant experiences. The fun group of chefs makes the experience amazing and highly recommended for any sushi lovers.
