Food was great. However, waiter was not the best. We were a party of 7 when our food arrived 1 meal was not present . It was brought to another table. It took a while to get the remaining entree which is extremely disappointing for everyone at the table. Bus boys bring all the food out. The waiter came to our table after we were nearly finished with our dinner. I was hoping to order a bottle of wine with dinner but he never gave us the opportunity. Nobody can beat the classic pasta dishes at La Scarola. Escarole soup and escarole with beans; they have it and it's excellent. Be sure to save room for dessert; the cannoli is as good as it gets and the best Spumoni anywhere.
Quick attentive service and excellent menu choices... try to arrive with an empty stomach as you'll find it hard to resist the delicious offerings. Daily specials add to the already excellent entrees. My friends and I will be back! Thanks!!!
