Taylor and Luis were amazing. Luis greeted me with a smile when I walked in, showed me the new combo deal of getting fries with my pita (they’re delicious), and filled my order perfectly. Experience was just as great when Taylor took over to finish my check out process. She was super kind and honestly made me feel like we were friends lol. Give these two a raise! They changed my opinion of Naf Naf.

I wanted to take a minute to give a shout out to the staff at this Naf Naf location. The service is especially great. I visit semi regularly and the staff here is always incredibly pleasant. The food is also fresh and doesn’t taste like it been sitting out all day. Special shout out to Taylor at the register, you go above and beyond and it is appreciated!

I highly recommend eating at Naff Naff grill. The portion sizes are good, the staff is very helpful and Mr. lewis explained the ingredients and the effect it would have on the bowl (make it spicy/ make is sweeter) to help navigate the tastes better. You have more autonomy to decide how you want the meal to taste.
The menu is deigned such that you can choose the stuffing you want in your wrap/bowl/pita bread. I ordered the basmati rice and chicken bowl with the spicier humus. The base layer of the bowl is the humus (with 3 different types of humus to choose from) after which you decide your protein and vegetables. I added the garlic sauce that brought all the flavours together. It is a healthy meal that doesn’t feel too heavy but fills you up.
I used to like Naf Naf when I lived in Chicago a decade ago. Recently during a visit I took my friends and family to Naf Naf. What a mistake. This location was empty during lunch hour, a red flag but we went anyways.
The attitude of the staff was bad. Food was bad. Alas, this chain has gone downhill.

This location is extremely disorganized. Every take out order is significantly delayed, menu items not available, things cooked last minute. Have waited over 45 min beyond the promised pick up time twice recently. Won’t be back.

While Naf Naf’s other locations are nice, this one has recently been a total mess.
1. They say their system doesn’t let them take 2 rewards code for a single order. This is only specific to this location and I don’t get it how.
2. I asked the server to give me a bowl and a pita. Asked her to then redeem 2 codes. I gave her code for a bowl that she entered. I marked that code as used. Then I asked her to enter code for a free pita. She said she can’t take 2 codes. Fair enough. Make a separate order by removing the pita. No. She removed the entire order and I lost my code, which I cannot see again on my phone because it is marked as used. So I had to pay for bowl.
3. The amount of chicken that this location gives per order compared to other locations, is absolute scam. What other locations give as 1 scoop, they call that 2 scoop.
This location used to be nice and I don’t know what changed lately. I advise people to go to the location which is further south. That location lets you use as many codes and their portions are honest.

Got a Bogo today on the entrees, and food smacked. Taylor made my bowls phenomenally, great customer service skills, and very efficient.

⭐ 1-Star Review: Ordered a Falafel Bowl — Got Everything But the Falafel
I had been fasting the entire day and chose Naf Naf to break my fast, thinking a fresh falafel bowl would be a satisfying meal. I waited 8–10 minutes while they cooked the falafel — or so I thought.
To my shock and frustration, when I got home and opened the container, there were no falafels at all. Just rice, toppings, and sauce — no main item, no protein. The bowl was completely inedible without the falafel. I had to throw away the entire meal, including the pita.
What made it worse? By the time I opened it, the store had already closed, so there was no way to go back and fix the issue. And to top it off, I’m flying out the next day for a week, which means I can’t even stop by to talk to the staff or get this resolved in person.
This was my only meal of the day, and it was ruined. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated by the negligence. As a PT resident, I will be sharing this experience with the local Facebook groups and community forums.
This wasn’t a small mistake — it was complete disregard for the customer. I will not be returning, and I expect a full refund for this unacceptable experience.
