The staff was rude not at all friendly or welcoming at this location. The food was cold when it is brought.We ordered the the thigh and mighty sandwich and chicken breast.The sandwich was juicy but cold and even though I had ordered hot spice level, it did not even feel like hot. I tried the medium sauce from the side and it was hotter. The fries were great but not seasoned well.

Prefacing this with I love Nandos, but this store is the worst. Wait times for online orders more than half an hour after the estimated time provided at checkout. Some people waiting nearby placed a scheduled order for noon and got their food just before 1pm. There's another store in the loop...go to that one before you go to this location. The management really needs to figure something out here. Thankfully I was able to cancel my order after waiting half an hour past my scheduled time.

I'm no stranger to Nando's but this is my first time having it in another state! Of course the chicken was freshly grilled and the plates were colorful. The Brussels really stole the show. The chicken lacked flavor, which was odd because u specifically chose 2 different flavors. It's almost like you won't taste anything unless you add sauces to each bite of chicken. The service was awkward. They have a host table but don't host you! You sit at your table and scan the QR code menu. They want you to order, etc. on your own phone. It's great for less person to person contact but the app wasn't working for me and a few others! After waiting and trying so often, we ended up ordering with the host/bar.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULDCame in, placed order by 8:40pm (1 hour 2 minutes to closing).Delayed 40 minutes. No one would make eye contact with us, front desk kept assuring they were working on our order, everyone else tried to give us the run around. Canceled & left by 9:30pm.Terrible.

Just terrible. Kept us waiting 40 minutes, never brought our food. No one will make eye contact except sneaking glances at you to see if you're really mad. Kept making us feel like we were bugging them for asking for what we paid for. Had to cancel and leave. It's a shame, was a really beautiful space, but service is so bad.

It's basically fast food. No service. Remind the staff to refill water glass supply because they are out. Long wait for food. They brought the wrong order. Now I know why they have you select the tip at the beginning. Also they forgot our appetizer and brought our mains first. Then he said he would bring our app...but he did not. Then we asked for our app, cheese sticks, and we got it 10 minutes later.

There was one employee who smiled and was helpful...everyone else was apathetic and acted like they'd rather be anywhere but here. They weren't using the wood roosters at the tables, none of the staff knew if your orded was complete or not. We had to ask 3 times for our drink cups. LOL. There is dust and dust bunnies EVERYWHERE...they need to clean. Food was good, service was awful.

Clean restaurant with great decor. Seats were comfy and all the staff were nice. It is a bit hard to find the entrance to this restaurant as it isn’t on Michigan avenue but on the side. Chicken is very juicy and flavorful, would also recommend the garlic bread. Lunch specials are a great deal and are cheap.
