This place was recommended by a colleague of mine. Me & my party had the Weekend breakfast buffet. Decent price at $25.00. Located on Division St near Western Ave in the Humboldt Park neighborhood. Good selection of Puerto Rican dishes on the menu with an omelet station as well. Maduros (Plantains), French Toast and Plantain casserole to name a few. Service was good, but we later discovered we paid the bill for another party!!🤨 I had to make another trip back to the restaurant...
This is my second visit to Nellie’s Restaurant for breakfast, and both times I’ve been greeted with very friendly and helpful staff. I love their Pumpkin Chi Latte with coconut milk. And I can’t wait to dig into my Tortilla Boricua (a unique omelette) from their Breakfast Special.
