Nespresso Chicago in Bloomingdale’s

So disappointed with the service and responsiveness of this location. We walked in & stood patiently waiting for someone to greet us. Multiple employees walked past us without providing a greeting or asking if we’d been helped. A group of women walked in after us, and were immediately greeted and an agent said, “give me one second, I'll be right with you.” As we stood right in front of them in line. We left immediately without purchasing our refill pods because it was so rude and disheartening. We don't spend money where we do not feel welcomed or valued as a customer.

If there is more than two customers in this store, expect to wait in line for 25 min for a sleeve. Do yourself a favor and just order online.

We were thinking of buying a machine and visited this location. We were welcomed by Fhatiha. She was very knowledgeable about the machines and coffees. If you are in the market for a Nespresso, this is the place! Nice assortment of flavored pods and sample a variety too.

I’ve never had any problems picking up my order which I place in advance. The staff is always friendly and can recommend different flavors of coffee or best tasting espresso based on your preference.

Wanted to order a Nespresso machine and had to put in an order at the store to ship it to my house. I had no problem with that, she said it would arrive in 3-5 days. After two weeks of not receiving my machine I called Nespresso and they informed me my order never got sent out for shipping after I paid at the store. If you're looking to buy a machine I would suggest going to target instead.

Great customer service. No wait at all and Very pleased!

I love this Nespresso Location. The Associate/Barista that helped me with my order gave really good recommendations and answered all of my questions. I also appreciate the fact that Nespresso releases new products every season. I got about 5 sleeves, two samples, two medium size coffee travel mugs, and a free descaling solution.On the plus side, their recycling program is awesome. I have a special bag that is specifically for the pods to recycle and I can decide to mail the recycle bag or take it to a Nespresso location.

Bad customer service. I have Nespresso machine and just want to get in to buy a sleeve of pods and go. There is nobody to welcome you. I don’t get the concept of bunch of people standing and chatting nothing as if shopping for jewelries. The staff has sassy attitude signaling I need to wait in lines for this stupid chatting experience when I just want to buy some coffee and gtfo.

Not customer friendly service! Out of two employees, one seems literally uninterested and other wanted us to leave immediately. We just did our purchase quickly and left but not coming back for sure. This was NOT expected at all! DISAPPOINTED!

Love that we have a Nesoresso boutique that is so convenient! Love how kind and helpful everyone is! Great selection for everyone!
