The service was a bit decent, karaoke looks better than usualā¦ however, security got so rude about me at the wrong time and it made me so angry right nowā¦ it was all good for a while until security man started talking to me in a rude type of position and I donāt ever tolerate thisā¦ next time this happens again, Iām filing a real complaint and I rather wish this security man to be firedā¦. Because now my mood had been over disgraced!!!!!

I was sexually assaulted by one of the door men. When I finally found my friend who came with me, the said that we needed to leave because other customers complained about us. We asked for references, but they claimed the other customer left. Then they threatened to call the cops on us. I waited, but the staff all left before the police came, so I had to come back on TUESDAY to get my card.

Nickās Beer Garden ā Chicago Hanging out at Nickās in Wicker Park right now and loving the vibe. Great mix of live music and shuffleboard. Tons of local craft beers on tap, and the happy hour deals are hard to beat ā $3 drafts and the āChicago Handshakeā are a must.
Shoutout to Will behind the bar ā super friendly, quick with a drink, and keeping the energy up. Even when itās busy, heās on top of it.
Perfect spot for good beer, good music, and good people.

nicks is the only place I feel safe going to by myself as a woman because the bartenders and security pay attention to their customers and friends no matter what. Even if someone is making me feel uncomfortable, they act on it before i even have to go out of my way to ask for help. And if I ask, they don't question. The staff are genuine and care about people, their safety and their experience before worrying about optics. I've never left the bar without staff/friends making sure I get home safe. They also have bingo night, karaoke, live music, dogs and Malort. their staff is good people and nicks is lucky to have employees that always prove to be quality people, quality bartenders and quality friends. Shoutout to tami my queen

A bad ass bar and watering hole!!! Very classic and classy tavern look and feel!! Elegant without being overpowering. Don't know about the food but the drinks were strong and awesome. The staff was outstanding and the band playing the day we were here was awesome. Everyone seemed to be having a great time! 12 out of 10!!

I spent most of my night here after bar hopping and I had an amazing time. I recommend this bar to anybody. The Wednesday night live music is second to none. Absolutely beautiful
