Excellent food with fair price. I'd love to go back again. I don't have the menu, but my order so you can see plate and cost.

As of 8:52 PM on April 13, I can confidently say I won’t be returning to this location again. I ordered the Parmesan noodles with an added protein — Parmesan-crusted chicken — and the experience was nothing short of disappointing. The entire dish was overwhelmingly salty. I’m not exaggerating when I say it tasted like someone accidentally dumped an absurd amount of salt all over the chicken, which then soaked into the pasta, completely overpowering everything else.

The pasta itself was equally unimpressive. It was bone-dry and lacked any of the creamy, buttery richness you’d expect from a dish like this. There was no balance, no flavor profile beyond salt. Just dry noodles and an aggressively seasoned chicken breast.

I hadn’t been to this location in quite a while, mostly because I no longer work directly across the street. I’m a few blocks away now, and figured I’d give it another shot — big mistake. This spot has become wildly inconsistent. It’s hit or miss, and unfortunately, this time was a major miss. It’s certainly not what it used to be.

Given the quality of the food and the price point, it’s simply not worth it — not for this neighborhood, not for any neighborhood. Honestly, if the McDonald’s next door hadn’t closed , I probably would’ve gone there instead — and I have no doubt it would’ve been a better meal.

Service was really great, and food came out super fast! I believe that I got the bbq pulled pork max and cheese and it was amazing!! Great spot for lunch during work!

The portion was shrunk and the prices are up. It's not the same as before. I am a bit of disappointed @my last visit. 😞

I subbed for Zucchini noodles and I think that’s what brought it down a bit. The flavors just wasn’t strong enough for me but the food did feel fresh!

Went to noodles and company for the first time today. And Nautica was so amazing she was very patient with my group and very knowledgeable of the menu. During the holidays people often become inpatient she was kind the entire time and even made conversation with the kids . Would visit this loaction again.

Kid-friendliness: The staff was super nice and accommodating to my kid the portions were good size. Definitely would recommend for a nice warm family meal

I work near this location and have gone here several times. However, I received poor customer service on my December 5, 2024 visit around 2:00 p.m. I went for lunch and when I approached the order counter the lady behind the counter was on a tablet that she received from another male worker who was next to her. I waited 30 to 60 seconds for the lady to finish whatever she was doing, but she never finished. Nor did she even acknowledge me or say she would take my order soon. The male worker just stared at me. And the cook in the kitchen saw me too and just stared. So I left since no one acknowledged me. I won't return. The lady behind the counter needs to learn customer service. Also, fix your soda machine. It is always flat soda.

The meal is served quickly, the location is excellent, and the noodles taste very strong. I can feel the chef's thoughts. Because I ordered Korean spicy noodles, but it actually has nothing to do with Korean noodles, I like it very much, but my friends are not used to this taste. Generally speaking, it's ok.

I ordered a to go order via Uber Eats. I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup and two Cokes. The restaurant sent me two iced teas instead, a half full bowl of lukewarm soup, and a knife as the requested utensil. I am staying in a hotel. I have no access to a microwave to heat up what little soup there is, or even eat the lukewarm soup because they only sent a knife. Waited 30 minutes. Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a restaurant in Chicago.

Service was meh. Staff were lifeless and blank. Clearly done with life and couldn't give a rats a$$ about much.
The food was tasty but I ordered no mushrooms, was told they could do no mushrooms, and got a bunch of mushrooms anyway. If you say you can make something without an ingredient you need to get able to do that. Thankfully I don't have an allergy but what if I did? Otherwise food was good though if eat elsewhere with a food allergy.
