Let me preface this by saying, I usually don’t eat at places like this. Think, Panera, Chipotle, etc. However, I was hungry and wanted something fast. I got the Spicy Korean beef which was not spicy at all. It was filling, and the veggies were fresh. The sauce tasted too processed.I would prefer to spend a little more money and go to a restaurant that actually cooks their food. Anyhow, not bad, just not a repeat for me.

I ordered the 6 potstickers with the rest of my order.. why did I only receive 5 potstickers? This was a to go order so I’m sure whoever made my food knew what they were doing.. I was the only person in line..I checked my order before I left for this exact reason and now I have to make sure I count my food items too? $20 at that, for two items..How pathetic!

I’m not even sure where to start with this place. The strangest layout ever. If there is a line at the registers then the only way in or out is blocked and you have to squeeze by people. The staff were kind enough but seemed completely overwhelmed and confused. The restaurant is FILTHY. Especially for a well known chain it is really stunning to see things right near where you eat that have never been cleaned, not once. And to top it all off we found hairs….plural, in our food. Far and away the worst experience ever.

I love the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese with parmesan crusted chicken from Noodles and Company. This location prepares it perfectly. On top of that, the service here has been wonderful. At a time when workers at many places don't even smile, the workers here have consistently greeted me when I come in and just been generally happy and polite.

Ordered the roasted garlic cream tortellini and a side of their mac n cheese and both were delicious!Only thing that was negative when I was there: their Coca-Cola freestyle machine was completely out of carbonation and just spitting out slightly deluded syrup. My boyfriend tried to get staff to help and they just pushed us off and did nothing about it the whole time we were there and other people were also repeatedly having the same experience as us and they also couldn’t get anyone to help/fix it.So service wasn’t great imo. But it didn’t take away from the good food.

First time trying this place as a visitor from Canada. And this is probably my new go-to after a workout! Great Backyard BBQ Salad with excellent service, definitely recommend this place for convenient healthy eats - better than Chipotle!
