We had a terrible experience at the Riverwalk Cafe. We are a young couple and the waiters talked down to us and were really rude and kept asking us if we wanted the bill all though we were still eating and just ordered drinks, and still a lot of empty tables around us. Did not feel welcome at all. We are here in the 13th of September just after noon, staff was terrible.

Service was good food was terrible. The silverware is plastic, the burger is subpar, and the Cobb salad was disappointing. The salad was left for us to mix in a small bowl which was a very frustrating experience. And they do not give cups of water.

Overpriced, bland, small quantity. Staff was scarce and lacked any personality. Only pro was the location. Two water bottles and 1 fish and chips was over $40 with 2 pieces of fish

Only have cans and then to top it off the advertised goose island isn’t the ale but a wheat beer. Every other beer is listed as what it is, be it an IPA or Amber Ale etc but no no goose island is whatever they have going!! Plus nothing on draught and a stubby can cost $9 😳 don’t be fooled go to a bar off the river walk

We asked to have our check split in our party and they refused to do so and told us to do our own math to figure out how much to charge each card. Food is overpriced and mediocre, 10/10 would not recommend.
Bottled water and canned soda, along with plastic utensils and paper plates.
You should try the cheese cake

The service was not great, we had to ask several times for items. The food was ok, not many choices so you would think it would be great...mediocre burger and fries.

Please don’t go here. Take the 3-5 minutes to walk some where else for something worth while. I could’ve made a better spritz for 2 dollars with my eyes closed and one hand behind my back. Not worth the money or your time.

Was charged for items which I did not purchase and when I called to address the matter I was met with incredibly rude staff. The manager Tom is very unprofessional and has no business being in his position. The general service was subpar and the staff seemed to not care at all about customer satisfaction.

Terrific atmosphere with outdoor dining under an umbrella and beside the river. Tasty food and good drinks.

Spoke to Tom March, general manager, regarding a mistake on a bill. he proceeded to tell me I am a liar and that the overcharge is my fault. Proceeded to tell me everything I said was illegitimate and wrong.
