Last weekend I had out-of-town guests in and it was super cold out and we decided to grab a pizza and go and play pool and drink beer Daisy Cutter is on tap!!!Sunday afternoon there were two other people in the entire bar watching TV.We loaded up the music that our 30 year olds liked, had our drinks ready to play pool…then we were told that the pool table is closed and it’s only used by the local pool club or the local pool group or whoever goes in there to play basically only have rights to the pool table!!!!I think is a really bad idea Ben because that does bring people in there. So no pool table unless you are in this group.Your place your rules. Excluding the entire neighborhood for this group is so uncool. beyond disappointed. Rethink please.

Trash. My 46-year-old fella and I (a 45-year-old gal) just went to R Public House for dinner. We had a burger and fries, my man had a whiskey on the rocks, and I had two martinis. Neither of us were even remotely drunk and we felt like walking so we started heading South. We've lived in the neighborhood for years and had never been to Oasis so we figured we'd have another drink and then walk back home. We stood outside for a few minutes, the fella had a smoke, and before we even got to the door to go in, some bearded bouncer asshole came out, said, "he looks a little inebriated for the bar" and then walked right back inside. From the look of the place, they could surely use the business. But also from the look of the place, they clearly like their clientele to be of the younger variety. Since neither of us could have possibly even appeared drunk, I can only assume a coupled-up, older pair isn't the vibe they're looking for at their bar. Keep that in mind, Loyola ladies.

The bartender and bouncer are racist. This is not a great place to go for people of color.

This bartender named Gina tonight just made me feel very uncomfortable and like I was the worst. I had no issue with her nor anyone. I said please and thank you and yet she still told me I was disturbing and being mean. Why? No clue. We have been here , now 4 times, each time no issue at all. I will make sure to call the inspection on Monday now and be a freaking Karen actually because I know your bar yet again I come but now this is on a safety and morality concern.

The place is chill with regulars in the afternoon and slowly transitions into a college crowd with karaoke on Sundays. Perfect neighborhood bar.Only wish they had a kitchen and it would be perfect.

The new wanna be cop bouncer sucks. Can't even sit outside and wait for an Uber on a public street....comes out and says "you can't stay here!" This place used to be cool.

Bartenders determine their service based on their mood. There is a clear power hierarchy and the bartenders are at the top. The bouncer completely listens to what the bartenders say. Do not enter. There is most likely aids on the floor.

I tried to enter this place and the door man who was clearly under the influence of drugs refused my ID even though I was 30 with my UK passport. He slammed my foot into the door and told me i wasn't welcome. I then called the manger who told me if I go back she would check my ID to which point I went back and the "doorman" who had started with me had started a fight with some else. This doorman was anger enfused and I would not return here over my dead body if he was on the door.I am not even sure this man was the doorman as he was not showing a doorman ID badge and was drinking alcohol.

30 people left and the bouncer won’t let anyone in except for random people that cut the line. We brought this to his attention and he said “life is unfair”.

The bouncer is horrible and rude literally let everyone ahead of us I don’t know what his problem is who ever the owner is needs to re evaluate who guards the front door because they are loosing business. Don’t ever come here it’s not worth it

If you like, drinking amongst the dregs of humanity, then this is the place. The bathrooms are dusty. The liquor is swill if you're trying to get drunk at this place you will. Watch your pockets on the late night walk back because the AAs are waiting for you to lack. They'll play real nice and ask you for a life drag you in an alley and Sue just dial fight, just give it up don't kick and scream make it really easy because remember this they work in a team

Bold headed bar tender said I had to leave for no reason. I am the only non- Calcasieu at the bar. My first time here. 0
