An overpriced place with bad food and bad service. We had a wobbly table, I've been asked what kind of water do I want for three times until I got one and then they filled up our glasses of water till the very top (probably so they don't need to do it twice), they sea bass was tasteless and pretty expensive ($60), salmon nigiri were also tasteless and the roll/nigiri rice was warm and sticky. Also, they brought hot dishes before cold appetizers (like oysters, which were not good also). Also, I've asked for the second glass of wine before our food arrived, and they brought it only after we ate all of our food.

Everything about Ocean Prime and our experience was top notch—greeted by staff to feel welcome, wonderful hostess, outstanding service, food was delicious, ambiance was giving luxury (warm lighting, soft music and views galore). We ordered the Chilean sea bass, side of mushrooms, linguine lobster, caesar salad and bread basket. We loved everything. We highly recommend and would love to return someday.

Myself and my wife enjoyed a dinner at Ocean Prime - Chicago for her birthday. Ambiance was nice. Service by James was exceptional. He was pleasant to engage with and was knowledgeable of the menu. My wife didn't enjoy her meal so much, but I enjoyed my salmon, mac 'n cheese. The night could've been better had there been some type of special acknowledgement by the restaurant for my wife's birthday like other top notch restaurants provide. I would recommend for a quick lunch, but not sure we would come back for a special occassion.

We had a lovely time at Ocean Prime, our server Luke was fantastic and very attentive throughout the whole evening. Jorge and Luis were also amazing and the whole experience was fantastic. The food came out timely and tasted very good, the Sea Bass was so buttery and soft. The dessert was also great, we had the peanut butter pie and a scoop of ice cream. We will definitely be coming back.
The Miso Broccoli was excellent. Only surpassed by our wait staff. The 10 filet was cooked correctly Med Rare, but was tough and not juicy. I have clue how that happened. Maybe a bad cut of meat ! ??? I will return
