Oiistar offers delicious ramen dishes, with a variety of flavorful options. The pork buns are a must-try, and customers are doing something right if they come for the Bao Buns, finding them absolutely phenomenal. The ramen here was scrumptious, and the broth had depth to it, with one customer rating it a 10/10. Portions are great, with one customer even having leftovers to bring home. The pork belly was incredibly soft. The restaurant has a nice vibe and friendly staff, with no wait time on a Sunday during lunch/early dinner hours. The bar is a bit difficult to sit at for taller people, so waiting or asking for a table is recommended. Customers enjoyed their ramen and overall had a fine time. The atmosphere was good, not too loud for how busy it was. The portions are typically large for a Ramen place. Everything tasted good. The spice level was just right. They have a gluten free option which is common. It was tasty. Customers ordered Mashed bun and Paitan Shio Wha-da-hac spicy ramen, and the portion was huge. The ramen broth was fantastic. They give you the wha-da-hac on the side, so you can experience the broth without it and also control the spicy level. Great service, too.
