Very disappointed and doubt I'll return. Ordered a to go order and got home to a missed call that they gave me the wrong pizza. Instead of offering to deliver the correct one I was told I have to bring the wrong one back in order to get the correct one, and they kept the wrong order. So are they serving the one they sent home with me? Did they give someone my pizza and they brought it back? I don't know, they switched them out and walked away with no offer to make things right. We've been here several times but won't return after this.

Ordered pizza sausage and cheese and it was delivered. The pizza was so soggy you couldn’t hold it in your hand this is sad cause you don’t want to have heat it, what I want with my two guests is to eat it when you get it.

I really enjoyed this place the atmosphere was wonderful and the food wowww! Amazing. I visited with a group of about 25 people. The food was bought to our table in a timely manner. Our waiter was great. This is a great place all around the board. I can’t wait to go back again real soon.
I've been to the Paisan's in Cicero several times and watched with interest as this Chicago location was being constructed. Today, my lady's daughter wanted Paisan's so we went there to check it out. While not as massive as Cicero, it's clean industrial design made it seem familiar as if only being in a different room. The staff are well trained and accommodating greeting you with smiles and appreciation throughout your visit. We kept it simple with pizza, a variety of wings, fries and some drinks. Everything was excellent. The tomato sauce on the pizza is a little sweet for my palate, but likely something that attracts others for this pie. Our server was great, checking on us often. A manager also made her rounds to see if everything was ok. And it was. We have leftovers, will eventually return and repeat. Thumbs up.??
