The bartender I think her name was Dallas was super slow!!! It took 8 minutes to get a shot when literally one person (who was cashed out) was at the bar. I was the ONLY one in the bar section. My server, Juan, apologized on her behalf & went to grab the drink himself. She was spending her time more by the servers at the service station. You should change her position to server!! I’m in the service industry myself & that was just unacceptable. If she’s this slow now during slow season, I’d hate to have to even enter this place during the busy season! It’s about the experience to make you want to come back. This is a first I’ve been disappointed. Do better!

Customer service is not that efficient. Seems they have to much business, called to have two slices to be ready on the way, Once they heard two slices put me on hold waited again then someone answered again and put me on hold, guess they want small orders to go somewhere else, is exactly what l did.

Coming back from work ,hungry and with a headache you expect to come to a restaurant and be greeted as soon as you come in . I came in with my partner and we were waiting to be seated and I can see the girls giggling at the pick up order counter and looking at us. We decided to leave since we were there for close to 10 mins .

I walked into Paisans the location for your next Super Bowl Party experience. My pics will speak for themselves. I wanted their Chicken Chili soup but I was out voted. As you stroll through the party row get your line dance on. Service was top notch and cocktails well once you get one you will come back for another. The see through kitchen took me back to Italy.
