My family and I had the most amazing experience here today. We came here to celebrate my son's birthday we were a group of 20. And from start to finish, the whole process was great. I believe Armando is the name of the young man who served us. In my sister-in-law's words, "He was great, awesome memory, super patient, and respectful." Which we all agree. The food was great. we paid a little over 500.00, which included appetizers, pizzas, mixed drinks, and beers along with the regular fountain drinks, but trust me, it was so worth it. When we called the day before inquiring about reservations since we were such a big group, they told us that they did not do reservations but that they could accommodate us upon arrival. They definitely did as soon as we walked in. The hostes went and arranged tables and chairs for us to all sit together. We will definitely be back and absolutely recommend it. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
We are 14 years + customers of the original location and the one on Pulaski is nothing like the original . First time eating inside this location and unless we get the waiter who was busting his ass for his section never again. Our waitress was not attentive at all yet she still was able to get a gratuity of $15 added automatically to our check. That is absurd. She was talking, and ignored my husband twice when he tried to ask for a refill. We literally were sharing drinks. she did not deserve that amount or nothing at all. I would have rather the gentlemen with the tattoos waiting the other tables who stopped to talk sports with my husband have gotten our tip and he wasn't even our waiter. That guy was busting his behind on every table he had and he was saying hello to everyone. Maybe have him teach the other girl how to care about her tables. One last thing, the pizza was so different, not sweet like usual or saucy. Just know your waiters or waitresses can be lazy and still take your money and the pizza at this one isn't the best. Go to 16th st. or Brookfield.

Was recommended to go to this place. It was good,overall! And I would go back! They have a small lot for parking as well as street parking. Our server Arturo was awesome! There was no wait so we got there at the right time. Pizza can within 30-45 minutes after ordering. Thin crust was good but I thought the sauce was sweet for my taste. Deep dish, I'm sorry, but was not deep dish. Idk but it didn't fulfill by deep dish expectations. It was good, just not deep dish! Pastas were good. Breadsticks were good. Wings, I got the hot sauce, 'dragon', but they were not hot. They were just ok. Place was nicely decorated and they have such high ceilings which I thought was real cool! And they got modelo on tap, big plus, right there.

Very disappointed service. The young lady at the front desk, did nothing to make up their mistake. I did an online order, I received a confirmation email. When my boyfriend arrived to the restaurant, he was told the order was not received and had to wait an additional 25 min. We are extremely disappointed. We won’t be going there anymore.

Not what I expected. Heard rave reviews by friends but I wasn’t very impressed with the pizza…especially the lack of toppings on my pie. The tomato sauce was on point but that’s about it.The atmosphere is great - family friendly with excellent service. The decor is nice.Our server attempted to memorized our order without the use of a notepad. Not sure if that’s a good thing or not. The kitchen did send the wrong salad.All in all, the doughy pizza was ok but not on my top 10 list.Paisans does have a “cracker crust” extra thin pizza that I will come back for. Just not sure when.

20$, ridiculous! I have spent thousands over the years at paisans for family parties etc …This is pretty insulting. I don’t want an apology or a food credit just stop abusing customers. I won’t be back. I called Paisans to explain the situation and they just said “yes the shrimp are small”.
