Palermo's of 63rd Pizza and Restaurant

The only thing I can say about Palermo's on 63rd is that they have great pizza, on everything else EPIC FAILURE!! On Friday, we ordered a large Palermo's Special pizza and a salad, not only was it $58 but it literally took 2.5 hours to be delivered. Now mind you, I live 3 miles from the Palermo's on 63rd
When I called to check on the status some young girl answered and told me it's on its way.
After several calls, and being told it's on the way I asked for the manager which was a BIG mistake. This manager gets on and I asked why is my pizza taking so long? He preceeds to scream at me in this heavy Accent that he's short on drivers he should never have taken the order and blah blah blah. I said excuse me, I'm the customer here are you going to give me a discount because now we are at 2 hours. He said yes $5 Off. Really Really. You're 2 hours late with the pizza and I get $5. Keep your $5 you need it more than me for lessons in customer service

I don't recommend this place unless they do a re training of their employees and managers. If you order don't be hungry because you will starve before you get your pizza

Palermo's you have a huge training opportunity at your 63rd street location, work on it before you lose more business

Went in here for pizza and loved the whole experience!
The owner and staff were very welcoming and the service was great.
The pizza was fantastic.. I can’t get enough of that sweet garlicky sauce that they use. All the ingredients were fresh and the amount of cheese on the pizza was just perfect. 👌🏼

My go to. The sauce/crust cant be replicated. Somehow the crust is always crispy yet flaky/doughy, and just filling enough. Their sauce is my all time #1. Lifelong Southside chicagoan. This is my #1 go to

We came in at 8:10pm and they closed at 8:30pm but they stayed late to serve us and gave my family a complimentary soda. We had a kind server and the owner was super nice! Their pizzas are delicious and the best ones I’ve ever had.

We got the meat lovers small size pizza and it was a descent size; it was enough for 2 with some extra to spare. It has a great flavor but noticed that the tomatoes sauce has a sweet taste so if you don’t like sweet and savory in one bite, you might not love it.

Grumpy old man!!!

Placed an order for pickup , was told It would be 30Min , I arrived and made me wait for another 30 minutes, super hot waiting area. total wait time was 1 hour. Pizza was disgusting super sweat pizza . Spent $80 on two pizzas felt ripped off , won’t be back , Stick to Obbie's or Cipriani's Pizza.

Food is great but it was $63 for a XL pizza and a soggy order of zucchini

The food arrived 2 hrs late afterwards when I finally got my food I noticed they added mushrooms which I’m allergic too.

Old school family pizza place with a lot of charm. Service is friendly and family familiar, like they haven't seen you forever and your visit has made their day. We had a party there and they made it feel like a family reunion.❤️

Pizza was DELICIOUS! Service was OUTSTANDING! Without Limits hockey team ordered 10 pizzas for pickup. Estimated pickup time was spot on. Every pizza was full of toppings and piping hot! it was so GOOD! Highly recommended. Thank you from all of us!
