Old school family pizza place with a lot of charm. Service is friendly and family familiar, like they haven't seen you forever and your visit has made their day. We had a party there and they made it feel like a family reunion.❤️

Pizza was DELICIOUS! Service was OUTSTANDING! Without Limits hockey team ordered 10 pizzas for pickup. Estimated pickup time was spot on. Every pizza was full of toppings and piping hot! it was so GOOD! Highly recommended. Thank you from all of us!

I’ve been going here for the past 30 years and even though I moved to Alsip I still come all the way over here instead of going to 95th it’s just not the same. Yes it’s pricier but it’s worth it.

Called to place an order at 5:58 pm on a Monday for my birthday. The owner of the location answered and said delivery will take 1 hour and 30 minutes. So I anticipated delivery around 7:30pm. (6:30) I drive to jewel to get drinks and chips. I get a phone call at 6:45 from the owner stating the delivery driver is outside my apartment. I told him when I placed the order you said 1 hour and 30 minutes for delivery. For that reason I stepped out to jewel to get drinks and chips, and it will take me a little over 10 minutes to get home. He said he will tell the driver to make another delivery and come back. As I'm driving home, im 2 minutes away I get a call from the owner saying "Never call here again, your number will be blocked." Once he said that, I told him "wait a minute, you said the driver will go do another delivery and come back. 10 minutes haven't passed, and you're putting the blame on me. When I was told delivery will be 1 hour and 30 minutes. He began to raise his voice and said you can't put a time on delivery because business changes. So now I'm banned, because apparently it's my fault.

Palermo's of 63rd is a true gem from the past, serving up classic Italian comfort with a chill, nostalgic vibe. Walking in, you can immediately feel the timeless charm of this place, with its cozy, unpretentious atmosphere that makes you want to slow down and enjoy your meal.

I ordered the Cheese Ravioli, and let me tell you—it was nothing short of incredible. Each ravioli was generously stuffed with velvety, creamy cheese that oozed with every bite, creating this perfect, rich texture. The pasta itself was cooked to perfection—soft and tender with just the right amount of bite, making each forkful a delightful experience. The real magic, though, was in the sauce. It had a unique sweetness, almost like a slow-cooked, tomato-rich marinara that had been simmering for hours, deepening in flavor. The slight sweetness of the sauce paired with the creamy, savory cheese filling was an irresistible combination, creating layers of flavor that had me savoring every mouthful. Each bite felt comforting, like a warm hug on a plate, with a flavor profile that was balanced and deeply satisfying.

If you're thinking of visiting on a Friday, keep in mind that while it might not be packed for dine-in, it’s a popular night for takeout, so be prepared for a little wait. But trust me, the food is absolutely worth it! This place is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious Italian classics in a laid-back, welcoming environment. I can't wait to go back!

My family has enjoyed Palermo’s Pizza since I was a little guy. My first date was at their store front off Western Avenue where Frank & Joe’s Mom and Dad served. The pizza was great then and even better today. I highly recommend this pie and would contend that it’s the best in all of Illinois and in the mid west.
