The staff is disrespectful and the ice cream tastes spoiled. Ice cream usually doesn't taste this bad. The staff lies to me and they are just not respectful at all to me.

I always had spent my weekends here with the family no problems but this time me and my family received food poisoning. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE. There foods are not fresh.
Bad service. Overpriced items and low quality ingredients and inventory. The labels are correctly placed on the windows for the ice cream so I ordered basic flavors and there’s no notice or description that the corn is like the corn stew and not corn directly from the cob being placed in the cup for an esquite. 0/10
Really??. 5$ an elote en vaso?!.. and I was gonna get charged 21$ just because I asked for my recipe.. be careful.. plz

My uncle treated me to a watermelon smoothie, and it was incredible. I've never had that flavor, and it was SO good. They have so many incredible flavors and options here, I believe there is something for everyone.

The water is not as cold as before but it is very expensive. I even feel like some of the milk in my horchata water was expired because it tasted weird. Besides, they serve you with a smile as if they were the owners… the elotero would never.
