I always visit them in the morning, coffee is always hot are ready to go. The egg muffins are always really tasty. The attention to detail is always on point and staff is very friendly.

This location's staff is horrid. Slow, get the order wrong constantly, and when you do have an issue and bring it to their attention they wave you off.. including the manager!! 3 times I've been and received the wrong order. Yesterday, I ordered through the app and it went through and charged me. I get there and they're closing for the protests but didn't shut off their system!! So orders we're coming in, and they had no intention of filling them. When I asked for a refund the women at the counter and her manager both told me I have to press the refund button... there is no refund button, and today when I called support, they told me the store I ordered from was to provide the refund! Don't go here. If they have this attitude with customer service and doing their job, I can only imagine their hygiene standards... gross people and gross service

Dunkin has great drip coffee. The staff is super helpful. It's tough for a business to stay open during protest, looting and the pandemic.

Slow service, you will get your food before the drink and don't let it be a McCafe drink cause that'll take longer. There are two Kiosks and only one of them will take payment, the other one you will have to go to the counter to pay for. Food tastes like all other McDonald's so there is no problem there.

Pros: They are open relatively late, in an area that is dead during weekends/evenings Food is relatively high quality for a McDonalds Cons: Long waiting times Not the cleanest from what I can tell If you have no other choice, go there; But don't expect gourmet food.

Awful. On a pretty consistent basis you're waiting over 10 mins for literally one thing! Wtf! Look at your screen and knock out easy orders while you wait for more complex ones. All I wanted was fries! Waited over 10 mins and had to leave to catch my train. Fix your processes or hire more people to expedite orders

I found myself in the west loop and noticed the new Mc Donald's in house restaurant. I thought I would take a look. The inside is modern albeit "stark" There are outside tables but they were not clean and refuse was evident. I ordered the sweet potato fries but they were out. I ordered double cheese and was surprised that it was not fresh. I get this in Naperville and the bun is fresh and meat juicy. Here the bun was very, very dry. The meat was dry and there was a vinegar taste I could not abide. I did not eat it. I would think at a premier spot would have attention to detail. That said the girl at the cash register was rude and condescending to my questions as was the young lady who brought my food. Perhaps they are over worked due to location I just hope they are not adulterating the food.

Staff here is so rude! They act like we as the customers are bothering them.... sorry to inform them but it's your damn job! Employee by the name of Sidel gives nothing but attitude and will even roll her eyes to you. I've never been to a McDonalds with such crappy employees working.

I've been to this Mc Donald's several times and almost every time the order was wrong. One time I ordered a lemonade (which they said was an "up charge" item). When it FINALLY came out someone else grabbed it (thief?)!!! Another time I purposely ordered a SIMPLE order (so they wont f'ck it up) of a 20 piece nuggets ... They gave me a bag with 3 "4 piece" nuggets in it (12, not 20). I reemed them out and they put two more "4 piece" packages in it. Come on guys...

This is probably the slowest McDonald's by far. I waited 20 minutes for a mcchicken and fries and when I finally got my order the food was cold and cola was flat. Worst $5 spent for 2019

Waited for 15 minutes for a single salad before I finally walked away to catch a train. Staff showed zero sense of urgency and made no attempt to inform me as to what was going on.

Don't go here in a rush or expecting the correct order, other than that it's a normal McDonalds.
