“I live in Skokie and usually go to the Skokie location, but they’re always rude if you come in too close to closing time. I went to the Skokie location today and they refused to make me any fresh food even though they weren’t closing for another 10 minutes. I left and drove to this location on Lincoln and McCormick and Joshua was more than happy to help us as well as the chef lalo who was more than happy to make us fresh food. Amazing service! These are the kind of people that should be working here!“
“I generally don’t have any issues at this location. It’s fast food so treat it as such. The staff is nice but lack proper training which is no fault of their own, rather management. They don’t give samples anymore so I asked a simple question whether one of their entrees was sweet or savory and the answer I got was that it’s spicy. That’s great but now what I wanted to know. I repeated the question 4 times before giving up and asking someone else ha. Food quality and portioning can be a little inconsistent as well. Training fell through the cracks all around it seems. It’s not a full service restaurant so don’t come in with those expectations and you won’t be disappointed“
“A few of the regular “front of house” workers have been here for a couple years now, which is a good sign. Everyone is very polite and efficient. Sometimes they get slammed during the lunch rush and the kitchen has a hard time keeping up, but they do a great job keeping calm and staying on track. It also seems to stay relatively clean despite being downtown and often very busy. I only go here when I can head to lunch a bit before 12, but I’m really glad to have this as an option for the workdays when I’m too lazy to pack a lunch.“
“All I can say is that when I was out here I stopped by this Panda do get some thing to eat real quick and I been to plenty of Panda Expresses but this one here there food was delicious there orange chicken and kung pao chicken was really good and not to dry. “The food is cooked perfectly, hot, rice came out not burnt but I just have one problem with their customer service.
They don’t have chopsticks, 🥢 maybe for some that’s not an issue but I know how to use them so I want to use them, they don’t give them out because what they told me was “kids played with them”

“This is actually the best Panda Express I've ever been to. Mark is fantastic and one of the reasons I began to visit Panda Express regularly again. Last night was a disappointment, they forgot the teriyaki chicken portion for one of the Bigger Plates we ordered. We went home and noticed and I drove 15 minutes back to get the missing item. They replaced it, which was great, but unfortunately, Ana couldn't help but make a passive aggressive remark about how I didn't bring the food back. I didn't get it, what was I supposed bring back? Should I have brought back the whole order while my family waited another 30 minutes to eat? Would she have replaced the whole order or forced my family to eat a bunch of cold food?Mostly positive visits, but if you screw up, just fix the issue don't make passive aggressive remarks and make the customer feel bad for coming back to get everything they paid for.“

The the food there is delicious and the stuff is welcoming and cooperative. Whenever we eat in this place we have a cheerful evening. warmly recommended.“
“We had a wonderful experience at this Panda Express location! The food was incredibly delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. We especially enjoyed the orange chicken and grilled teriyaki chicken with chow mein.
The staff was exceptionally polite, friendly, and welcoming. Their warm attitude really made our visit enjoyable. The atmosphere was clean and pleasant, and we felt very comfortable dining in.

I had a really great experience at this Panda Express location recently. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and the service stood out in a way that deserves recognition.
There was one team member in particular — her name was Kianna — who made a lasting impression. She was incredibly polite, attentive, and efficient. Even during a busy rush, she kept the line moving quickly without making anyone feel rushed or overlooked. She had such a positive energy and was clearly committed to making sure every guest left happy.
It’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in their role, especially in a fast-paced environment like this.
Overall, the food was great, but the service made it even better. Kianna is a star employee and truly elevates the customer experience. Management is lucky to have her! Thank you for your hard work guys !“
“The weather was very cold. I loved the watermelon water and another one was mixed. Delicious. Everything was nice the two times I visited that state we went there and we liked it.

“UPDATING recent August 27th visit. I stand in line behind a couple of difficult male customers, then when Im finally able to see what I went there for, the pans were 1/4 filled, looked very dry and unappealing. When the server asked what I wanted and I stated I had changed my mond as the food was NOT fresn, she just said OK. NO offer to ask fir more. I left. This location has consistently hasmd massive turnover resulting in lower quality - my major reason as to why I usually pick up.
I don't go as often as before. After several years (4-5) and the menu only caters to Teriyaki (several of those), and all things chicken. We're asked for suggestions, but it appears they get tossed. I know mine have been discarded as it's been about 5 years old and I've never seen a suggestion I/We submitted even on a Limited time...
Then too their sales must be declining because the Survey feedback rewards that didnt need to be used so quickly, now must be redeemed in under 10 days or they are lost.
It was nice when I /we didn't feel strong armed into dining two or more times a week on their limited food menu.
I have now come to believe they are experiencing a decline in customers causing them to make changes that I/we believe we're not well thought out. Less than 2 weeks to redeem - really!
I /We don't know about others, but I /we can't have or care to have rice and or noodles daily. We are gradually being sent elsewhere“

“This location is one of the better Pandas in the area. The staff here is nice and quick. Food is decent. I’ve had the new and limited time spicy shrimp and beef 3x (but from another panda) and when I got it from this location it was too spicy and that’s all you could taste was heat, not even the food. I couldn’t finish it.“
